Assurance qui augmente les prix chaque année de manière conséquente (parfois plus de 50€/personne) et rembourse de moins en moins. Les délais des remboursements sont anormalement longs malgré les relances et les erreurs sont monnaie courante. A fuir!!!

We have had April International since May 2023 and have decided to terminate it few days ago. First of all, it takes more than the three days advertised on the phone to process the claims. It is also extremely time consuming as they would usually request a claim form even for the small amounts (again they say on the phone they don't but in practice they do). Finally, we have the feeling they argue on a lot of claims and we felt the family was not insured properly in case something serious was going to happen to any of us.

After being admitted to the emergency department at the hospital in Thailand and then being informed that major heart surgery was required, I thought I might be in for a difficult time in arranging the pre-approval and guarantee of payment for the operation, not to mention coverage for the associated doctors' services - but not so. The team at April in HK and Bangkok coordinated directly with the hospital to arrange the GOP, making it very much a stress free experience for me. Also, the submission and reimbursement of additional associated expenses has been fast and simple using the EasyClaim app. The help I have received from April with any query about a claim or procedure has always been dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner. Overall, the whole process has been 5 star. Thanks to all.

Like to take this opportunity to thank the team at April for the support and necessary approvals during my time of need. I am doing very well now and managed to avoid doing risky open-heart surgery because of the expertise and expert hands of the intervention cardiologist at Singapore Heart Centre. We had some discrepancy upon making an appointment with the clinic which was on the direct billing list. We contacted the Customer Service number for the assistance. The agent took immediate action to arrange everything for us. The quick solution was extremely helpful when our son suffering from the ankle injury.
