Joke of a company avoid at all cost

Et chaque fois, chaque fois on me réponds au téléphone que mon dossier sera pris en charge dans l'après-midi et il ne se passe rien !!! Ras le bol !! Donc un conseil, prenez une assurance pour expatriés, mais pas chez eux !!

We have subscribe for a 3 months insurance contract in France and we’re really disappointed. One advisor ask us for a paper that is not provide in France, then it took them a month to ask for a certificate that we already provide and of course delaying the reimbursement. Such a waste of money. It was the first and the last time for us.

The insurance policy are good. Able to claim via hospital but first time I used, spend long time to waiting claim respond and cashier inform that they don't know this company.
