Italy | 27 February 2025La mia esperienza: Acquisto sul sito a metà febbraio, ordine non ancora recapitato a fine mese. Nessuna informazione o spiegazione a riguardo. Unica risposta è quella di verificare con il tracking lo stato di spedizione, peccato che il numero di tracking non sia attivo. Il loro servizio clienti è praticamente sempre irraggiungibile o inconcludente, per via telefonica (per altro orari che non corrispondono a quelli riportati sul sito) tanto quanto via mail. In sintesi indegni, per il costo e la qualità che vantano di avere i loro capi. Il mio consiglio: se proprio dovete acquistare, NON acquistate online.

Italy | 26 February 2025qualità piuttosto scadente, prodotti fatti in cina o simili e si vede, di alto livello ci sono rimasti solo i prezzi, acquistavo sempre le loro polo dopo ma ora due/tre lavaggi cominciano a scolorire, il giaccone classico non è più come una volta, scolorisce subito anch'esso e non sto parlando del naturale invecchiamento, oltre al fatto che pesa una tonnellata...la qualità di una volta pure qui ormai è un ricordo...ho acquistato sul loro sito e avendo bisogno di assistenza per un reso non risponde nessuno nè al telefono nè alle email...

Sadly, have had to return several purchases for the only reason they came up very big and sizes no smaller than a 10. Refunds have been almost instant, and friendly helpful service. Great company and am hoping they will perhaps begin manufacturing in petite sizes.

United Kingdom | 21 February 2025I had a problem with the insoles sliding to the back of the wellington boot heel area. Barbour was contacted (via Charlies customer care) and I was advised that the insoles are not stuck in place. This happened to me after a couple of days wearing the boots. It was somewhat frustrating as I would have to stop regularly to reposition the insoles. To hopefully resolve this issue I have now stuck some duct tape to the bottom of the insoles.

I got a jacket from Flannels in the Alta style, which degraded extremely quickly (unlike anything else from the brand before). Despite this, Barbour assisted even when flannels wouldn’t. They offered me the chance to pick another coat up to the same value, and replaced it for me. I am so thrilled. I’ll continue to be a customer for life

United Kingdom | 08 February 2025The wife bought me some official slippers from flannels for Christmas size 10 and now the soles are literally splitting around the edges and at £50 I think Barbour products have seriously become absolute cheap tat junk.............They are not the same quality anymore avoid like the plague.

Name FAR out weighs it's actual quality. 3 coats now bought...all ripped, in very random, places aftwr very little wear. 1 coat worn in a lightrain shower for 45mins, found pockets had ripped away from body of coat; I'd done nothing but walk around a City and not use the pockets as they're awkwardly situated. Just don't buy!

United Kingdom | 30 January 2025Bought a pair of Barbour ankle wellies last year. As I only use them in the wet months I was disappointed to find a large crack appearing in one of the boots, which obviously lets in water. Love the boots, but would think twice about buying them again

Italy | 20 January 2025Ho comprato una giaccone BARBOUR a Nizza ( negozio specializzato ) poco meno di 500 euro, utilizzato pochissimo e dopo meno di un anno presenta lacerazioni da usura. Ho fatto fare una riparazione e sulla stessa manica sx se ne è presentata un'altra. 500 euro buttati!!!!!

One thing is that I always seem to find the arm lengths are quite long on all jackets. I would definitely recommend buying from here, especially an outlet to get cheaper prices.

Imagine my surprise when the package had been delivered whilst I was at work, said partner accepted the delivery….the parcel itself emboldened with several “Barbour” logos. Needless to say he knew exactly what he was getting for his birthday. Well done Barbour, marvellous.

United Kingdom | 15 January 2025Women’s oak knee high boots were purchased for me November 2023 - yes above a year ago- however I have worn them probably a dozen times in total and trying to remove them is a nightmare. In fact, funnily enough it has taken me an hour to remove the left one today and with doing so has pulled out the insole! Contacted so called customer service who did not give a “hoot 🤬” I try to support what I thought was a time honoured traditional British brand- not any more complete joke ! Quality no better than a cheap Chinese sweatshop.

United Kingdom | 13 January 2025My wife purchased a pair of Barbour Tempest boots for me as a Christmas present last year. One of the boots began to leak water through cracks in the sole. I contacted customer support after having the boots less than a year. Evie in customer support was more than happy to help resolve the issue. After completing a few bits of information along with original receipt of the boots a new pair are being posted out to me. Brilliant customer service and will continue to support the Barbour brand 👍
