Great experience again with Habito. With help from Chisom from the mortgage department we managed to get our mortgage moving super quick. its only been 30 days since enquiring with habito to us completing the application and having our mortgage accepted.

Following previous negative experiences with other conveyancing firms and, having seen the consensus of great reviews surrounding Habito and their Plus service - their all-inclusive service covering not just the mortgage brokering, but handling the legal aspects in-house. I was amazed at how quick and transparent the whole process was. Starting off with their mortgage brokering team: Zoe, Helen, Dan, Richard, and Ellen - the service was excellent. Not only were their really efficient and transparent about getting me a five year fix, every time there was a rate cut ahead of the purchase process, they were always quick to reissue the product with the better rate, usually in a handful of hours - just on that alone, I am saving £40 pcm over the next five years! The conveyancing team - Jigna and Abbie. Were both fantastic. The on-boarding video conference took me through the overarching process, and guided me through their web portal, providing the overview of the puchase process. The website and the communications were always fast, efficient, and transparent. Certainly not like other conveyancers I have been with, where everything seems to be on a "need to know" basis. They were always attentive, and providing clear progress updates, which is always good to see. In the end, the purchase with mortgage, life cover, survey was all done through them - it was slightly more expensive that some competitors, but I am so glad I did spend that little more, it took all the stress and effort from dealing with property!
