I first used Habito 2 years ago as I had some relatively complex requirements for a remortgage. They made what could have been an incredibly arduous task really slick and easy. Having had such a positive initial experience with them I came back to look at my remortgage. Half-way through the process, our priorities changes and this became a new mortgage on a completely different property. The broker assigned to this - Emily Smith - took these changes in her stride, was more than happy to accommodate the changes and was quick to answer any queries I had. As a first time buyer, Habito were very helpful in helping me identify mortgages and how much I could borrow. I have used Habito a few times now. Their service has always been excellent. Their messenger service is very good. No need to take calls. Paperwork sent via messenger. They are quick to respond and action queries promptly. Also they don't charge a fee from the applicant which is a big bonus. I definitely would use Habito again and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Ahmet at Habito has been great throughout. I used Habito for my last remortgage and they clearly track dates as the proactively contacted me several months ahead to start the conversation. I have taken my time, watched the market, and as such often left big gaps in time before responding. When I asked general opinions he was always happy to share his view and offer advice. The chat facility is great and the ability to upload docs so easily is fantastic. Much of this I've done from my mobile whilst on the move.
