Amazing and flexible customer service! From Kat helping to chose the items that I required - changing the dates for delivery to the delivery staff who waited for me to get to my new flat so they can install the items. Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the product is second to none. This is a premium brand with premium service to match.

The bed and furniture itself are both beautiful and the delivery guys that assembled were lovely. But we had a lot of problems with organising delivery and just generally the customer service we received was particularly poor with no-one returning my calls or emails when they said they would.

Very happy with the bed (with fitted storage) and bedside tables. Drawers inside the tables not as smoothly finished as expected but still very happy as the design and colour are great.

First class customer service. My delivery had to be changed due to a burst water tank. The customer service team were so helpful in rearranging a date, twice! So pleased with all our bedroom furniture that I have now placed an order for some more!

We are really happy with our beds from Warren Evans and having such comfortable and well made beds has improved our quality of sleep. We had lots of good advice and suggestions whilst choosing and we felt unhurried and relaxed with no pressure to make a decision. Delovery was only a couple of weeks later and the drivers were polite and helpful and took away the packaging. Allow a firm sprung mattress a few nights to settle into being really comfortable. Excellent service from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending Warren Evans and will be buying from them in the future.
