United Kingdom | 23 November 2017Took 4 attempts to deliver an undamaged headboard to complete our bed. Very inconvenient and not the experience I was expecting. My daughter has had the same problem with damaged bedroom furniture and will now be on her 4th attempt also.

United Kingdom | 23 November 2017We love our new beds. We loved the showroom in Brighton and the very helpful staff. We wanted one space safer bed with an under-bed drawer, which we asked for and ordered and a second bed with two large under-bed drawers. However on delivery, on 9/11/17, the under-bed drawer did not fit the spacesafer bed. On contacting WE we were told that the spacesafer bed we had been sold did not accommodate a draw š. We were told WE would refund the money within a few days and we are still waiting for it to go into our account. The second bed arrived with 3/4 drawers instead of the two full length drawers. (I checked the order and see that the assistant had ordered 3/4 drawers š and since we had not double checked the order we have gone with it). Having said all this...I have bought all my beds and mattresses from WE over the last 35 years and remember Warren himself selling me my first bed when I was 20 years old in the Camden shop. I love the quality and design and the ethic and would buy again.

United Kingdom | 22 November 2017I got my new bed a month ago and since I can only really 'review' the bed after I have used it for a couple of years, I will use this review to reflect on my experience so far. I would give it five stars. I visited the Hammersmith store to view all the styles and optional extras. I was informed clearly and in simple english on the payment/deposit/offers etc info. Once full payment was made, I was given a convenient date and time slot for the bed installation which went as smooth as it could have. I am glad I went for the offer as I am so far enjoying my bed and storage it offers. Would definitely recommend it to all. Special thanks to Rhys at the Hammersmith store.

United Kingdom | 21 November 2017Although some beds can be more expensive, I think it was expensive enough not to have worry about moving it to reorganise my bedroom, be cause it was such a delicate object. If anything goes wrong I would have to dismantle it and put it together again. As far as I can remember, such t+cs were not mentioned until I actually spoke to a receptionist, when I was about to place my order on the phone. These were not easily visible beforehand. Putting up the bed was very quick and the men who did t were very cooperative but one thing that was very annoying, was when the bed was positioned, the headboard was put right against the wall. When I mentioned this to one of them he said "Is two inches enough?" Surely the installer should have known that the headboard needed to have moe space than he allowed. Also, I felt that I shouldn't have had to question how near the bed was to the window, for the bed to be made. Although, the actual service was very good, you wouldn't have thought that these men had known what was in the instruction manual! Finally, when I phoned to complain about a thick brown mark on the mattress, before the plastic was taken off, the receptionist suggested that I could clean it off myself. Surely, that could have made it worse and the fault would be mine.

United Kingdom | 19 November 2017Placed order after checking the mattress had handles but when the delivery men left I noted it did not -unable to turn without handles so called them up , they were lovely and have now arranged to make the mattress with handles and will replace the one they originally gave me. This is why I choose them and recommend them to everyone, great value good mattresses ethical , consistent patient staff all with excellent customer service.

United Kingdom | 16 November 2017Oh, FFS! Bought a new mattress for our tenants - a āluxury doubleā from Warren Evans - and it was delivered yesterday. No paperwork or labelling on the packaging, but Iād been sent the invoice in advance, so all seemed well and we were in the middle of a stressful house move. However, one of the last things to go in the removal lorry was our mattress, so it was only then that we put the new one on the frame and discovered it was at least ten centimetres too narrow. By then it was about 9pm, so too late to speak to anyone in person, but I fired off an email which Iāve then forwarded to several other addresses this morning after speaking to several different people whoāve all told me different things. If I try to call the Camden branch, someone from Guildford answers, which is not made clear from the off - grrr. And now they want a photo of the misdelivered mattress with a measuring tape in place before they lift a finger, to ensure Iām not lying - the onus is entirely on me, the customer, and Iām heavily pregnant, the other side of London, and our tenants move in today and need somewhere to sleep tonight. Poor, poor show. We were planning to buy beds and mattresses from the new place from them, but thereās no way now.

The sales staff were not pushy like every other place we went into, yet were helpful and knowledgeable when asked questions. They even found my keys after dropping them on a bed in the shop. We are very happy with our mattress which we found pretty reasonable for how much we like it. Found the shop considerably cheaper even for the most expensive brands even though we didnt go for them. Would definately shop there again even just for the good sales staff.
