Travis was very helpful. I started to panic and he stayed very calm and understanding. Which in return helped me not to panic anymore. He was very kind and made sure I understood how he was going to help me out. I do believe he wasn't going to let me hang up until he was convinced that I was good with everything. Very much appreciate "finding" James Pyle and PIE Insurance, and the terrific prompt attention. I needed a California Workman's Compensation Policy for my OPLAT-USA, and Environmental Planning Program proposing an Offshore International Airport Southern California. As a sole-proprietorship the coverage is required for my presentation at this years International Oceans Conference and Exhibition, like a really big-deal. I also appreciate now having a new agency relationship for other upcoming needs.

My contact person James is awesome. Great follow up and just a pleasure to work with someone who is completely on the ball. The rest of the company will not get my full vote of confidence until they correct the mistakes they made, specially the underwriter who is a complete smuck, changed my SIC code without disclosing it, good thing I read carefully and has not (after 72 hours) updated the policy online.

I had State Fund for 7 years before Pie Insurance, I can not begin to tell you how satisfied I am with Pie. At first I was a little scare because I had never entered the information in to a portal like I did with Pie. Stat Fund just has you send all the paperwork in. This was by far a much easier audit process then I have ever experience. Also my representive Gunnar was excelent, kind helpfull and understanding. I could not ask for more

I have used Pie for years with minimal issues. Email a request and it takes 2 weeks but not really the problem. I’ve never signed an owner waiver with them or my state. I had a bad leg break last year. My attorney advised me I needed to file a WC claim. Pie subbed out the management to Corvel who completely botched it up! Then they both denied me and canceled my policy. I just paid another bill from a collections company today that Corvel never handled. They’re a great insurance company until they have to actually do insurance company stuff!
