I had problem with workers comp board saying we did not have insurance. After i contacted Lindsay Miller she worked with me all day to resolve my issue. If it was not for her, i would not know what i would have done. She helped resolve my problem, and reached out to me to make sure all was okay, even the day after. She is a valuable employee and should be told of that.

Gunner Reinig was very pleasant and made the audit painless. He ensured that we were his priority, answered all questions, he was understanding, patient, honest, and actually made us feel as though we mattered. 2020 was a tough year for the entire world, and having to things over the web, can be very difficult. However, Gunner explaining to us the process and understanding that we (as a small business) do not have the software, he explained what documents they could accept. Regrettably, our audit closed without needed documents, that we were unable to obtain, however he assured us that we should be okay, until next year. So, I want to thank him and Pie for having us as a customer.

Getting the required information needed and scanning it back was pretty easy and quick.

We didn't respond to the yearly audit and our premium doubled. After calling customer service, they went above and beyond to help us out. They explained the reason for the increase and gave us options on how to solve the problem. They also explained, in words we understood, what was needed. Always responding quickly to our emails and phone calls. We will be refunded due to the findings in the audit and our premium will be lowered. Again their customer service was excellent. We are very pleased with this company and definitely recommend them.

It took a long time to get a policy, over a month. Also getting paperwork for my records has been difficult. And lastly setting up my account has been impossible. I really not sure if I have workmen comp insurance for my employees?

I was looking for a new workers comp A few years ago . Tried By Berk . They were like thieves . Tried a few others and they too were like thieves . They all lie and when you dump them they send in the collections asap. ugh Pie seemed ok at first and then they gave me a REFUND thats never happened before . So now I will stick with PIE . Plus it cost a pile less then the others . Very happy . Charlie

Pie dropped us after one employee had two relatively small claims, then conducted an audit on our small business and decided we owed them more than an entires year premium because we did not sign an owner waiver which we never received. Just amazing that a company that positions itself as inexpensive and easy for businesses would do this in the middle of the pandemic. After I pushed back they reduced the fee from $15000 to $600 but why would we be charged for something we didn't receive? Great marketing but can't recommend for small businesses.
