Very easy to do this. The price was way better than where I was paying elsewhere. Danny couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful in getting this done quickly.

There was a miscommunication issue at first, but in the end it was handled fairly by Jake Greenfield. The only complaint that I would have would be with CS Associate Xavier Garrier. If he would have done a little more research into the matter, I would have no complaints. Maybe he was too busy that day to put the effort into his job. Jake as well as Courtney Tannenbaum were wonderful as they resolved the issue fairly .

I am an insurance agent that placed a client with Sirius/Pie Insurance last year. An audit was recently performed, and without warning or documentation on the audit results, Pie withdrew over $14,000 from my client's checking account. BEWARE of this company! Many attempts to get this rectified have proven they do not care about their clients. I will never use this carrier again.

Don't use them. I can't believe after I had been to this bad experience. I have told them that all partner will not include or file any claim. after that we got for audit next year $1900+. In addition, we sign the exclusion form and do electronic sign form. I have my complete sign copy and they said they have not receive. it.... I don't know if this is scam?

We had a great experience through our audit process. It can be un nerving making sure you have all the correct information together but we were told what to send in, then given opportunity to submit additional information if it was needed. The auditor was good at explaining what she needed and why and was very timely and professional.

I was skeptical about a Workers Comp Insurance Company that I had never heard of and was advertising on line for customers. But, I had a need, and your company filled the void in a solid way. Your sales staff was excellent and very responsive, and after a couple of days of putting together the information I was convinced that PIE could do the job. Thanks for the seamless transition.
