Augstus the Pie Agent made too many mistakes on the policy. Policy endorsement page was longer than the insurance certificate. Guy put some random person's name as officer. Had to go back and forth few times to ask him to fix the policy, and still the policy wasn't corrected. In the end had to work with another agent to get Workers Comp Policy. I would give 0 stars if I could.

We just went through our audit with Pie Insurance/AFIRM; it was easy and straightforward. Also, when I did have a question, they were prompt in responding. I definitely recommend Pie Insurance for Workers Comp, they have great rates!

Hi, Just called to ask for a quote for my company, the representative told me they didn't offer work comp insurance for seasonal work. I understand they can't offer what they can't. My point is he was rude, just throw the info at me without any explanation and hang up on me before we could end the conversation properly. First experience and last experience. Poor customer service. Hopefully that was only this representative that didn't introduce himself.
