Love working with EVERYONE at Pie Insurance. Originally came to Pie when my previous carrier insisted on an on-site audit..for one employee! WC company I was with (for many years) before them suddenly came up with an audit request that included auditing my business checking account.

Great company to work with, very easy to get answers and a quick response at all times. Rates were very reasonable and much lower than other companies in my area.

So I'm the book keeper for a Dental Office and I love working with Pie. Their sales people and customer care are themes professional outfit among any service I have ever dealt with. 2 caveats: 1) the business bank account we use is not supported yet but that I think is about to change. 2) So we have to use a credit card and sometimes those balance get high and payment fails. The email that gets auto sent out to me does not bring to a place to update payment info. I then HAVE TO call Customer care so they can sent the proper email with the correct link. Which wastes both my time and theirs. I'm sure there are more important things for them to do. If those things change. this is a 5 star review.

I have (had) requested a temporary suspension of insurance. Due to the Corona virus, no business forthcoming, and it becomes expensive. The representative, Michelle G, was very accommodating, and that cooperative spirit is very much appreciated...Not sure any other company would have done that.
