Very Satisfied! Workman's comp insurance pricing is ridiculous. As a small business, we searched and searched for a better price, with no success. Then I saw a commercial for Pie Insurance and didn't believe it. I filled out a form and didn't believe the price quoted. Well, since then, I'm a believer. My agent is excellent and very attentive. We've only had the insurance for one week and thank goodness haven't had to use Workman's Comp, but as a new customer, I'm very satisfied with my price and my experience overall.

We are a small machine shop with 2 employees. We had a local insurance company which handles various insurance products provide us worker's comp to date, but realized the pricing with Pie was over 25% cheaper for our circumstance. Of course, the worry of "you get what you pay for" was concerning so I had my skepticism making the switch. After only 10-15 minutes on the phone with Michael, it was clear this savings was due to strategic business risk management vs cut-rate insurance. The customer experience was as good as our local provider. Ultimately it was the price that won us over which will do our small business a lot of good.
