They take your money without authorization. Also it will not let you remove your card from there app. You have to cancel your card. They only have one number and are not helpful but give you the run around. One of there doctors charged my account after putting my card number in his google wallet. Do not use circle medical. It’s called circle medical cause you can’t get out of it.

The provider was great, but a highly frustrating experience overall. Had difficulty getting the app to work, difficulty getting into the meeting, difficulty uploading insurance information, concern that I'll be billed if I can't get into the meeting room, didn't know there was a second app I was supposed to download which led to me being late to the appointment. It also led to me not knowing there was a bunch more information I was supposed to have, some of it about fasting for blood tests. I would have went into the appointment prepared if there had been any way I could have known. I feel bad for the providers who are having their practice held hostage by technology this frustrating.

This company is a poorly run SCAM. The number of problems I had with them over the year and a half that I was with them are too numerous to list They are incredibly unprofessional and will often times Inform you at the time you’re due to pick up your prescription that Something else needs to happen first such as, online physical, bloodwork, (ways to make more money) or one time they just said it was under review after being on the same medication for a year and a half with them and 15 years overall only to come back and inform me weeks after running out of medication that they were just doing a review with no reason listed. RUN THE OTHER WAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Every other option is better than this one.

This was such an easy transaction. I received the help I needed, and will hopefully get some real sleep in the near future. The doctor was friendly and answered my questions, the equipment came quickly and was easy to use, the follow-up was good and as expected for my diagnosis and results.

I am curious, if you already have your physical will they start your treatment? My doctor, who just diagnosed me, said January 6 is the first I can see after ekg and blood work. Does circle need all of this as well? I would be self pay here, my insurance covers my other one. B

physical is required... the fact that they require you to do a physical before they write you a script is really just another way for them to squeeze money out of you and your insurance. it's not helpful to be required to take a physical, just to get the psych script that I have had for the past 3 years, refilled. if you don't offer a straight way to get your script refilled, please lead with that instead of false advertising.

Dr. Khan was amazing. Very Professional, and truly listened to my concerns. So glad I found circle medical.

I needed medication but instead got scammed out of what I needed, lost almost $200, and was told I needed to book and pay for two more appointments if the doctor was going to help me out. I do not have insurance so this is a greeat financial burden.

I had a thorough health assessment. I didn’t feel rushed during my telehealth call. Dr. Garcia-Kumirov actively listened to my concerns and I appreciated receiving the summary of the visit afterwards. Sometimes when you are in person at an office visit the outside distractions and wait times can become overwhelming. I liked that I could connect from my office in the comfort of my own home without feeling anxious about everything else leading up to it. I would highly recommend.

The app made it very easy to schedule an appointment and add my insurance. My provider was prompt and friendly, listened to my needs and answered all of my questions quickly without making me feel rushed.
