I had an appointment booked while I was traveling and since you have to be present in your state of the appointment, I thought it was showing me appointment times for my time zone. It wasn’t and I ended up missing my first appointment and being charged $50. I reached out to Circle Medical via email and their chat feature and did not get a response. Their chat feature is a joke, there is no one on the other side to actually chat with you. When I did reschedule my appointment, the doctor told me at the very end that I need to submit an updated physical per Circle Medical’s guidelines before they can move forward with a diagnosis and treatment, which would’ve been helpful to know prior to the appointment. If I need a physical, I might as well go see a doctor in person for my treatment. Now Circle Medical has my money and I have no treatment. UPDATE: This is in reply to Circle Medical’s comment. The app, which I used to book the appointment, does not state an updated physical is needed for an ADHD consultation, nor is it stated that you will need to see the doctor multiple times before actually getting treatment. When you click to read the Terms and Conditions, it takes you to a broken link, which I have a screenshot of.

This place is a bit of scam. I got assigned a nurse practitioner who evaluated me for ADHD. It took three appointments for her to finally 'diagnose me'. Then she gave a prescription for a below therapeutic doze of ritalin. She wanted to see me in two weeks 'to see how I am doing'. Basically, this is a place that is designed to milk as much money out of you and your insurance as possible while providing below standards of care with below average practitioners.

If you need medical records sent to them be prepared for you to wait one to three months! My doctor sent over my medical records in the beginning of may and because they said they are behind on their faxes by ten days i have to continue to wait for my in person appointment. I have been charged the membership fee along with the appointment fee and they still have not uploaded my medical records so that i can get treatment

I have sessions for my ADHD. They give me a prescription that is not available. I have been 2 months without my medication. Because they dont respond to me or the pharmacy for an adjustmen for what is available. Can't contact them without another $144 APPOINTMENT. Have not had an app9unrment since March and still can't get my prescription it's June and they are still charging me for appts I did not receive and prescriptions I don't have. TORAL SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY.

Horrible Experience, Never Again!!!!! So the prescription I was suppose to receive for a blood test the next day never came and they charged me $100 without asking for something covered by insurance. Fraud, deceit, and lies, never again!

User interface is simple and clean. Set up appointment in the evening. Had had it the next day. The individual that I spoke with was pleasant and attentive. Overall great first impression.

I was referred to two different doctors by Zodoc which both use your app. Even though I gave my insurance plan to both Zodoc, and later your app, neither doctor accepted my policy. The first one was not a huge issue because it wax found out quickly about the mistake. The appointment with Aime, though, was not found out until one hour before the appointment on Sunday, well short of the four hour limit to cancel, with no live person to contact about it. I had to join the appointment. Aime was kind enough, after finding out the situation, to cancel the appointment from her end so as not to charge me. Your two apps are not working well together and need better inter-coordination as to policy acceptance. Aimed was wonderful for the couple of minutes I was talking with her.

Circle medical is terrible!!! I often wonder if they are actually real doctors and if this is just a scam. They do your initial assessment, then have a follow up appointment a month later, just to talk about the same things. After you are diagnosed, it takes about 10 days for them to fill your prescription. If you are having any issues with your prescription or need to talk to the doctor, it is impossible to get a hold of them. They have you talk to a “care team advocate” who are not qualified to do anything, but send a request to the doctor. They do not have a number you can call to talk to someone. The whole company is very disorganized, and I am unsure of how they are in business. STAY AWAY FROM CIRCLE MEDICAL!!!!

Make this your next primary office! I had such a great experience with my appointment today. Cozy office + very efficient team! Brett already set me up for my next appointment. My new family!

The jury is still out on this. I'm still in the process of them "down loading" my medical records. My Nurse Practioner has stated "once she gets my records she can move forward" Move forward? I submitted those records via fax over two weeks ago. If by the end of this week I don't get a response I'm done. I'll find a local clinic to figure out my diagnosis.

My appointment was incredibly stress-free, and I absolutely loved it. Dr. Rai was amazing—very personable and attentive, listening carefully to everything I had to say. This is exactly how a doctor's visit should be.
