Circle Medical is falsely advertising that patients can get a diagnosis and treatment for ADHD, so I booked an appointment. My appointment was with just a general practitioner who informed me that Circle Medical does not have the ability to evaluate for ADHD & that I needed to go to a specialist.

Took whole history in consideration. Addressed all concerns in a holistic approach and a medical one.

I booked a doctor through Zocdoc that uses your garbage app. But instead of paying my in network co pay, AS PROMISED, by Zocdoc I was charged 100 dollars per session. Zocdoc gets provided information from your service. I want my money back NOW

Fast, friendly and very professional service.

While I was able to get an initial appointment for evaluation to perform a sleep test, I was told I would be sent the test within 5-7 days. After that time period past, attempting to get in touch with anyone to determine if the test had been mailed redirected to the mobile only App - which just goes in circles of automated responses. Do not use this service.

Friendly, Understanding & Efficient

Got my dr apt same day. Process took <5 min. Touched apple pay and payment went thru automatically 30 min after my apt. Entire apt on the app. Maybe 5 min of questionaire/ID verification. Convenient and hassle free process all the way through.

Horrible!!! They charged my card without my consent plus when I told them to refund my money and charge my HSA card. They Said they can’t refund it. This is SCAM!!!!!

Circle made it easy to create my account, verify my identity, and book an appointment immediately. I appreciated that I could book an appointment for a time slot only 24 hours away; I’ve become accustomed to needing to wait over a month for a doctor’s appointment. My doctor was very knowledgeable, thorough in understanding my needs and experiences, and helped me make a clear care plan. I will absolutely recommend Circle to friends.

I would give them 0 stars if possible-they are the biggest scam who have not real people but bots answering your emails. They have given me the run around for 2 weeks saying that a prescription was phoned in when it wasn't. I keep getting the exact same answer to the question with no results. Don't waste your money as you will NOT get the level of care that you would at a minimum expect even from an online serve. It's a total sham of "medical care". I would like to get my money back for any costs that were wasted for "appointments". I'm beyond frustrated and angry at them for giving me the same BS each and every time I just ask for myj PCA to simply phone in/email the script.....DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!
