I've only had my initial consultation, and my PCP Amanda Griffith was very easy to talk to. She seemed genuine and very professional.

It started when I needed to reschedule an appointment and accidentally approved the appointment first before rescheduling it. So I had to cancel because there was no way to reschedule at that point. Terrible UX. That was my error and I own that. I tried then to quickly reschedule the appointment but the app was not easy to navigate to find my doctor and all I needed was some quick help but it was a long delayed process. Short story, the software is not user friendly. Terrible UI. My doctor, Matthew Caffey, PA-C, told me he wanted to go through a rediagnosis with me and didn’t feel I was properly diagnosed to begin with. Initially he was a good doctor and I fully believed he meant well until now. Fast forward and he has cancelled my appointments at the last minute THREE TIMES (why allow your schedule to show those times if you’re not available?) but they don’t show you the cancellations in your history, only the completed appointments. Trash. Terrible UI/UX. What kind of practice is this?? Do you doctors really feel good about being employed here? Do you feel as though you’re ACTUALLY helping people or does it even matter? You’re working for tech bros who don’t give a flying s**t about anyone except their investors. The first two cancellations were because he had personal conflicting matters and the last cancellation had no reasoning attached to it whatsoever. The only two times we met via video were pleasant and uneventful. Basic checkups. The second meeting he said I “didn’t have the characteristics for my diagnosis.” Thats when I got excited to see him again so I can narrow down the things that need to be addressed, worked on, or medicated. Am I taking meds that I shouldn’t be right now? NOBODY KNOWS BECAUSE THEY KEEP CANCELLING MY APPOINTMENTS. Customer service took 1-2 days to get back to me. I get back to people faster in my role and I carry FAR LESS importance in the community and zero importance in mental health. I’m already a better doctor than these people. For your own mental health, stay away from these quacks. However, if you want easy access to Adderall, aka amphetamine, then definitely reach out to them. I highly suggest it especially if you have an addiction or a dependency and a real doctor won’t prescribe you because that’s what these people thrive on. Lastly, I felt the urge to write this today because I was charged erroneously for an appointment that I didn’t cancel. I got a message from customer service saying they weren’t going to charge and I was charged! Haha so now I have to take time out MY LIFE to get MY MONEY that was not supposed to be taken. This is time I’ll never get back. This company as an integrity deficiency. If they charge me for their time, do you think they'll pay me for mine?

Everything about our appointment from beginning to end was so easy. My boyfriend is terrified of going to the doctor. This made him feel much more comfortable. And the doctor was amazing. She was so nice, understanding and knowledgeable. His next appointment is already booked.

This is my first experience using an online provider. I was a bit nervous, but Chris Banks was an attentive provider who listened to what I had to say and explained the process very well.

It takes days to hear a response, you can't talk directly to your doctor without booking an appointment. You never talk to the same people, I had a "team" reviewing my records instead of the doctor. I've had adhd diagnosis since I was 12 - medication off and on since I was 18 - extensive medical history with that information - same dosage every month. and yet I was having to pay $60 / appointment for a 30 day supply every single month. Every pcp I've ever had would allow me to receive 3 months before I had to make a follow up. It was not convinient to have to constantly check the chat for conversations days later. I would 100% rather go to an in person PCP.

"Intake appointment" was a handful of questions, a "we will finish this next week" and only took 10 min. Waste of about $100

Dr. Gnegy was professional and knowledgeable while being a caring listener. I felt she based her diagnosis on what I said with no agenda except to help me.

My NP was very attentive and showed a genuine concern for my well being, he gave me facts and advice as to my eating and living habits but did not lecture me as to how I should be living

The interview was not good, only two or three questions were asked to diagnose. How can you diagnose some one by asking two questions. Normally theres a questionnaire of at least 15 -25 questions of in depth questions. You guys charged me $149 for a 3 minute interview, that was useless.

I want my money back. The doctor basically almost was falling asleep during our appointment. She was yawning through your questionnaire and it was a waste of my time and my money that I do not have a lot of. You’re stealing from poor people. I will tell EVERY SINGLE PERSON I KNOW not to use this worthless platform. I want my money back.
