Circle charged me at the time of appointments and then charged me for every appointment AGAIN eleven months after the first one I had with them, and six months after my last. Scam, scam, scam. I left after nine months; I only needed their service to continue my prescriptions in between insurances. The physician I had was unprofessional, bringing her religion into the appointments regularly and other behavior and comments that reflected poorly on her practice.

She was alert and engaged - it didnt feel less quality than an in person visit but was at the same level of attentiveness. Made the appropriate referrals and ordered a remote sleep study.

I didn't feel judged, I felt heard and for the first time in a while, I feel very positive about the wellness plan that was given to me. I've been in and out of doctors offices my whole life for mental health issues and this was the fastest and easiest way to get help when I really needed it.

United States | 14 April 2024I had been diagnosed with ADHD from a mental health provider and was told in addition to therapy that I should seek a primary care provider to help me get the care I need. I have tried to find a local PCP in my area and everyone is booked for months. I wasn’t sure what to do. I found out about Circle Medical through my Cigna app and I had my intake appointment today! The FNP-BC was very helpful. She listened to my concerns and helped me with a plan forward for treatment. I have a follow up appointment next week and will begin treatment. I’m relieved that I’m finally getting help.

Ireland | 13 April 2024I've been dealing with Circle Medical for almost a year and generally I've had a good experances. However I'm recently having a bill/insurance issues (my insurer says blood tests where coded incorrectly) and I've been in contact with their customer support. What can I say, it's terrible. They only engage via instance message. They're very slow to response and I keep having to explain the issue to different people. This is going on for over 3 month. I've try ask to speak to someone but they ignor me. Make your own decsions, but consider what will happen when you need support.

First, the app wouldn't send me password reset links, then the provider kept calling me incessantly and tried to do a phone visit even though I hadn't even completed any forms online. He had less medical insight or knowledge than I do and sounded like he was just rattling off random questions. He asked the same question more than once. Then I scheduled with a different provider but the first provider prevented me from joining the session bc somehow he scheduled an appt for me (note I did NOT schedule the appt). Now I have to reschedule the appt with the provider I want and the app won't let me because it says I already had the appt. But I havent even had a real appt!! OMG. Seriously the MOST frustrating experience ever. Oh, and to top it off, there is NO direct line for technical support and it takes them more than a day to get back to you when you do have an issue. Would never recommend to anyone.

United States | 12 April 2024Circle medical is a very helpful app with a lot of different choices and options what I really like is it gives you the option to do video and or you can actually see them in person which is kind of cool cuz I kind of like to do that more although I did do the virtual My doctor she was very awesome too
