United States | 11 May 2024My experience with my provider has been great. She is very kind and I can tell she cares about my well-being. She always asks me for my input on my treatment plan rather than just making a decision on her own. My experience with the customer support team has also been good. They have been helpful and usually able to resolve my issues fairly quickly. They are always extremely kind and attentive as well. Overall, my experience with the app has been good. I do have one major issue with the way chat and support now functions (which is what is stopping me from giving a 5 star rating). In order to open a support case or talk to someone from support, you start a conversation on the app, then you choose the category for the support request from a preset list. After that, you choose an option or question from another preset list that best aligns with your request. Then you will usually be provided with an automated answer or some other general info relating to your request. There have been many times where my question or request does not fit any of the categories at all. It then takes many tries and attempts to get past the automated responses and get a conversation started with an actual person who can answer some questions or look into a request for you. It has been frustrating to deal with, especially since the chat and support request feature was not always this way. In the past, I was able to send a message directly to customer support and was able to type out my specific questions. It now feels like you have to jump through a ton of automation hoops just to talk to someone. One final thing that has been less than ideal is that they have to adhere to some strict rules when it comes to billing. E.g. they cannot delay a payment due date or something like that. This personally has been a bit annoying for me as my insurance always processes my claims from them incorrectly due to them being an online provider based out of state. I end up having to always call my insurance to get my claim corrected, but because I can’t delay the payment until the claim is corrected, I then have to just make the payment for the original amount and request a refund once the claim is corrected by my insurance. I do believe this is not really anything they can control as that issue is mostly because of my insurance. But still, it would be helpful if they could at least delay my payment due date so we could avoid the whole refund process. Other than that, my experience has been good overall and I would recommend the app for anyone looking for a provider that can meet virtually. Personally, it has been detrimental in my mental health diagnosis and treatment. The convenience of meeting virtually, having a fantastic provider, and the ease of use (apart from the customer support feature), has been a true game changer!!

I feel like my Doctor listens and replies with actionable solutions, in a way that I’ve not experienced in a sold 15 years ! I don’t have a lot of concerns, but the ones I have are important to me to address. I was a longtime member of another health plan, the quality of care continued to decline as the costs increased. Circle has been an absolute game changer !

United States | 03 May 2024They provided a prescription but nobody would fill it. They fail to tell you many pharmacies will not fill a prescription from out of area providers. Also, was not told about additional charges until AFTER I spoke with them. Provider said she would need to call me back the following day and charged an additional $100. Then I get an invoice for an additional $149 for an appointment I never had. That $149 original appointment ended up costing me $398. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

United States | 02 May 2024This was my first experience using Circle Medical and their app for a virtual exam. I found it very easy to use, with one exception that I suspect is just a bug (keeps asking for payment info even though I added it, and re-added it), and the appointment went off without a hitch. My new PCP is fantastic. She was very personable, thorough, attentive, and addressed all my concerns. After my appointment I quickly received my appointment summary, notifications of prescriptions sent, and all the follow up items. The process was very straightforward and I really appreciate that. Very happy to have a great new PCP.

United States | 01 May 2024If I could rate it -17393 I would. Better Business Bureau has a rating of 1.45/5 stars with 77 complaints closed in the last 12 months. Check it out on Better Business Bureau. This establishment should be shut down. If you see on zocdoc that a doctor is part of this organization, run for the hills. The doctor wrote the wrong directions on my prescription and my pharmacy will not fill it due to his error. There is no way to get in touch with the doctor and the circle medical team had no way of getting in touch with him either. They did not do anything to rectify the situation and now it is the end of the next day, and I still do not have my needed medication. They treat prescriptions as if you are waiting on an Amazon package. You will never get anyone on the phone, even with requesting.

Absolutely ridiculous, just a giant cash grab that if youre willing to pay a boatload before even getting a non guaranteed script for your meds than go for it. I wont be dealing with this garbage company anymore.

Then after I talk to a doctor for about 5 minutes they told me to find a provider in my area and charged me $100. did not do nothing for me. They are scam artists and whatever you do do not use this company they do not help people they take your money. And then when I told them I wanted my card off file they would not take it off file. I made a complaint and they said that I had an appointment and automatically charges me $100 even though they did nothing for me except tell me to look in my area for another doctor. If you are looking for a good Telehealth try Quick MD. They are actually legit and they actually help people and do not rob people for their money

United States | 30 April 2024Dr.Nancy was kind, encouraging and restored my hope. I have a difficult time seeking and accepting help. However, it was easy opening up to her and together we are working on a treatment plan that we both agree upon. I travel for work, most of the time it is emergency and last minute, and I have found it impossible to book appointments that I don’t have to constantly reschedule. The virtual appointments save my time and it proves to continually work with my schedule. This was by far the best decision I had regarding my healthcare.
