Ava make quality products and deliver quickly. However it would be good to be able to speak to somebody when needing spare parts etc as unable to find some items via the website.

Great product & seems very well made . Backed up with a very decent warranty. Hopefully not needed , proof in the warranty will be if needed. But highly recommend

Though I was initially disappointed to learn that my issue (a leak from the pressure washer gun handle after less than 3 years) was not covered under the warranty, the replacement part was under £10 and easily fitted by myself. It arrived quickly so the machine was up and running again within a few days.

The ava pressure washer is excellent but the aluminium water filter failed the first time I used it .There was no problem Ava said they would replace it free of charge . The problem is that ava have now said this is now out of stock and could be April before it is available.

Although the 5 year service pack was out of stock and my p80 had thrown an O ring I was told I could buy the same contents of the service pack individually and supplied the links , so all in all and despite been a little more expensive my p80 was only out of action a week .

It is no good having a good product if your delivery company fail to deliver on the promised date.

Got the small p40 has more than enough pressure and water flow for home use and all the attachments work well .

My AVA pressure washer has broken in less than 6 months. I cannot speak to anyone at AVA and their AI website doesn’t fix the issue. To compound the problem the retailer isn’t answering my emails. I am stuck with a machine that doesn’t work with no way of fixing it. The machine was good but the customer service is non existent. Appalling experience. Thanks for your response Christopher but there is no way of e mailing you as there is no contact address or telephone number on your website! This is my point your trouble shooting page doesn’t work!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬

Fantastic product, BUT, I want to order a spare part, it says out of stock on their website, so I’m trying to contact them via the form. This is where the problem is… keep referring me to website. AVA, your contact form is crap, so I’m having to have a rant here in order to but a bottle for £5!!! So, let’s see if you get back to me here. Cos I can’t get in touch with you. AVA nice day!
