I recently contacted Ava regarding a defective part on my high-pressure washer. In their response, Ava concluded that the damage was due to frost without making any further inquiries. However, I know this is incorrect, as the washer has been stored exclusively in a heated workshop. Nevertheless, I am purchasing the defective part, which costs less than NOK 100. However, the shipping fee of NOK 139 for a small envelope seems excessive. While this is not a major issue, I believe Ava could have provided better service without incurring significant additional costs.

Ordered a AVA Go P40 directly from them. No updates on shipping apart from a DPD link saying that they were waiting to receive the parcel. Several days later go notification that the washer was to be delivered that day. No UK phone number to speak to AVA apart from an AI type customer service bot. Once arrived, pistol grip had faulty locking mechanism. Again impossible to contact AVA. Haven't even had chance as result to try the machine. Customer service appalling. UPDATE AVA have since been in touch and offered to replace faulty parts or full refund. Much better and can't fault

sustainable affordable service

My review is based on someone with a disability, I have severe arthritis and still suffering the effects of a stroke so have weak hands and fingers so some of what I say may note be relevant to all but may matter so some. I recently replaced my Faulty Blue Brand (2nd one) with the AVA Master P80 and a whole load of accessories. Main reason for buying the Ava brand was the reviews and the fact that they will supply parts for repair. It's a beast, good job it's on wheels. It's quite well thought out but has its faults. The power cable is truly horrible, very stiff and a nightmare to coil up, it has no flex, they could have put a more flexible cable on. The high pressure hose is plenty long enough to do a large van but winding it up sucks, the winding handle doesn't stay put folding back in and the follow me cable reel even when locked is sloppy and moves about making the task harder when winding in the hose. The hose must to be fed onto the reel by hand. If its anything like the other steal reinforced hoses I had in the past on other brands when the rubber coating wears down from being dragged across a drive all the time you will get steel fibres cutting your hand if you try to feed it back on the reel. The tool holders are tight and awkward. The Zero Force trigger is fantastic, I have always struggled with holding in the trigger even more so after my stroke, Changing the very usefull extending lance and other parts is easier than my Blue One that would often Jam. I spent out on some accessories, the Foam Canon kit is a very worth while kit and very well designed if you cleaning cars its a must have however the car care kit has its limits mainly the microfibre pad holder it doesn't do well following the vehicle body, its best on flat surfaces as its not thick enough to reach into dips, however it lies flat on the lance and goes under my expedition roof rack perfectly so I can now clean the roof easier. I bought a nozzle kit and I would recommend getting this having just the Zero Force trigger and a nozzle is great for car cleaning. Over all it's a great improvement from the yellow and blue brands, producing lots of power and I am sure less noise. Plenty of accessories and reasonable value. It has its faults but then nothing is perfect. I would recommend this brand. I would have given 4 stars but the faults are minor and mostly it's a me issue with my tied old body.

I have only used the machine a handful of times, but from what I can tell so far it is good quality and powerful. Fittings and accessories work well. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Very well built and designed. Does not fall over hose is guided and moves in which direction you go would highly recommend. Customer service excellent.

Quick delivery, great product, and good customer service. The beaker for the snow foam was broken when it arrived. Must have taken a knock in shipping. A new beaker and snow foam cannon was sent out without question. Very happy!

Ready to take money but not deliver product. Ordered two products from these guys. One delivered next day one never arrived. After chasing various times. You can only do this by email. Over two weeks later they finally acknowledged that not good service. Guess what the product is not available. So they promise refund. Fingers crossed

Waited to use the pressure washer a number of times before reviewing. Very impressed with the pressure from the P80. It’s an excellent pressure washer, although be aware you may need to adjust the orifice in any nozzles/foam lances. Very impressed with the spares and servicing kits - really good to see a manufacturer actually supporting their products and providing the necessary parts at good prices. Delivery was very quick. Great product.

AVA had most of the parts I needed in stock, but not everything...a little bit disappointed when I first purchased my pressure washer one of the main attractions was the fact that they are (should be) repairable and the warranty can be extended to 20years (not sure how if the service kits are not in stock)

I bought their VERY expensive P80 pressure washer because of claims that it was better than the Karcher and Nilfisk pressure washers. It has been nothing but trouble. It keeps cutting out when you turn it on, because it blows the 13A fuse in the plug. I must have been through 50 fuses. I had a work-around, but now it blows the fuse 100% of the time. The lance has also needed to be replaced (leaking) together with the variable spray nozzle (also leaking). Zero Customer Service - there's no number to call, they just try to direct you back to the retailer. Really disappointed.

Delivered quickly and it’s an excellent pressure washer.

I purchased the “Easy P57” as an early xmas present influenced by YouTube pressure washer reviews. After the first day of use we noted that the performance was great however the cable management had clear design flaws with the reel hose fixtures . At full extension 12mtrs we noticed damage to the outer sheathing at the connection points. The hose had jumped out of its holding bracket which resulted in tears to the outer sheathing. It’s awkward to rewind the hose in with very flimsy plastic connections not suited to the hose. The customer response system takes 1-3 days and AVA are dealing with the issue. I would only recommend this product if you use a maximum of 11mtrs hose length to prevent damage to the outer hose or spend the extra money and get Evolution P60 for similar performance. Im sold on AVA longevity especially with 10 year guarantee which is better than the rival Kärcher products. Overall it looks like a good reliable brand, any further AVA recommendations will be determined by Customer Support in this instance, if it is resolved quickly then my rating will change to 4 star . They could easily be 5**** with some work on Ergonomics.

I was a bit disappointed with the service/communication. I ordered two items - a pressure washer plus car care kit. Only the pressure washer arrived with no communication as to why the second item had not arrived. I had to go through the long winded process of contacting customer care copying my order and asking what had happened to the other item. The reply told me the other item was not in stock despite it being shown as available on the website. I was informed that a refund would be issued in the next few days which it did. Better customer service would have been for someone to inform me that the item I ordered was not available and issue a refund automatically, instead of waiting for me to contact the company. I wonder if I would still be waiting now if I hadn't contacted them!

Fast delivery, well packaged. Very well made tool with lots of options with so many tools, like the idea of having a long hose on a moving reel that makes it easy to move down each side of the car.
