I have replaced my previous review to reflect on the customer service i recieved after a part failed on my AVA Pressure washer and it sprung a leak from the plastic water pipe which cracked in the handle. The initial response was that the plastic part will fail after frost, and i was given a link to purchese the new upgraded alluminium version. Isabell from the customer service team was excellent at communicating with me backwards and forwards until the issue was resolved and understood my concerns regarding the issue and quality of the initial part which they have upgraded. Overall the AVA Master P70 is a good machine, has similar power to the Karcher K4 but much better flow in my opinion. Hope fully the other parts in the machine do not fail, the warranty is honoured and the great customer service continues.

Having had 4 karcher pressure waters which all give up the ghost after 5 to 10 years, I thought I would try AVA out. First impressions look good.

I got to know the AVA range through YouTube and decided to buy the Master P60. What a brilliant pressure washer! The power, the quality and the ease of use is a huge step above any other washer I’ve bought or used. I would certainly recommend to anyone and the service has been excellent.

I emailed AVA to report a fault with the Jet wash I have had for just over a year, they responded quickly but I was surprised that they send instructions on how to repair the jet wash yourself! I managed to do it and I was quite pleased with myself but expected to return it and for them to do it.

I purchased the Ava Evolution P60 to replace a Karcher that I have been using for a number of years. The Ava is definitely a much more powerful machine and makes lightwork of cleaning my car. I have not used the included Foam Cannon, I already have a really good one that works well and I did see lots of reviews that did not rate the Ava one. I also ordered the 90° Angled Lance and 40° Nozzle, both of which work well. The Angled Lance is exceptionally powerful and you do have to be careful with it so you do not cause any damage. Whilst the cable reel works OK, it is a bit finicky and something like the cable reel on a Henry Vaccum would be much neater and easier to use. Due to the way this one is designed, it does force you to unwind the whole cable, I understand the reason for this is to reduce heat build up. I would say the only major drawback of this machine is the length of the included 8m hose. I find this a little bit restrictive and if it were 10m it would be so much better. The only option I have now is to extend the hose with either the 12m or 20m extension. These are expensive upgrades and would make it far too long. If the hose length was 10m and the cable reel a bit better design, I would give it 5 stars.

Ive had 4 units and all have had problems the two p80 s kept blowing fuses so they are not usable then changed to p60 evo and that lost power so had replacement and this one is doing the same / nothing wrong with water pressure as really good when i send emails the response i get is this another language? So cant read it can someone please call me my number is 07760403558

Hi you did not help me at all, you send me parts then turn around and say they was the wrong parts even when I tell you all about my power washer one minute it works the next time nothing all you get is a little sound from it,so paid a lot of money for nothing. 20years guarantee for nothing you ask for help and just get ignored, take your money and run.

Decent price, quite quick abd free shipping

I had a Karcher K4Control washer previously but from outset had issues changing attachments and eventually gave up. In looking around I came across the AVA P60 Smart washer, what a difference from day one this machine felt robust and well manufactured with some good well though out design concepts and incorporations. I was caught out one night by leaving the washer outside and temperatures early December dipped to minus 7 degrees, after the temperatures were lifted I attempted using the washer to find I had generated a leak due to the heavy frost, the plastic pressure outlet had some hairline cracks in it. The after sales was amazing I ordered the part online for the full cost of £1.00 including postage Ava supply spare parts at cost as they are confident in the quality of their machines 3 day later part arrived swapped it now works as good as new. What product and service. Smile every time we use this.

I was pleased with the versatility of my Go P55 and the accessories that came with it although the nozzles and extensions can be very difficult to change especially with cold hands. The hose and gun are nice (but the lance does not turn to get to things like the other makes). Having had it almost a year, for light domestic use, I was disappointed when things went wrong so wouldn’t go together properly and some nozzles/extensions started to leak. After sales were slow to respond and send seals (after several messages and nearly three weeks later) for you to try to fix it yourself, not even something to pull the old O rings out. I am quite hands on but this is very poor - they should replace the bits that don’t work like for like. My old Nilfisk lasted much longer. Out of warranty the O ring repair kits for the lance are £9 each and you have to do it yourself if you can plus the instructions are rubbish. If I have to pay for parts next time then I will buy another make machine instead.

As with the main unit, well made and in my opinion the best on the market, there are some cheaper units out there but for ease of use and a good range of nozzles etc it's well worth the money.
