The packaging, shipping, tracking, defrost instructions, and overall quality and selection are amazing. Can’t wait to order more! The only thing I was absolutely not a fan of was the Maine Uni. Unfortunately the quality there was a miss.

Fantastic service. Great communication. Great delivery experience. Very good quality. I didn't realize the roe and uni would be delivered Frozen and thought it was fresh. However, it was exceptional. The sea urchin was extremely creamy, but the flavor was a bit lacking.

I have used a seafood store in CA for the past 5 years. However, I stopped doing business since their service has been worse year by year. Yama delivers on its promise - we ordered sushi grade fish for New Year's Eve and they promised it would arrive that day between 7-12:00 and it did. They were in regular communication - easing any anxiety I had about timing. The quality of the fish was first rate! We will do it again next year - with joy.

I live in a very rural area of California with no access to sushi grade fish. I was sceptical about purchasing fish for sushi to be delivered because of my remote location, but it arrived as expected and still rock solid frozen. I purchased salmon, chu toro, akami, hotate, ebi, crab, tobiko, and even fresh quail eggs to make a sushi feast for my friend's birthday. Everything was of amazing quality and thawed beautifully!

The quality of food is so the best ever! The fish, octopus, oysters, eggs, all of it I love! I’d love it if you guys would add marinated raw crabs to your menu. I ordered 2 boxes of eggs but 1 box had 3 cracked eggs in it.
