So far all I did was order online. The person I sent it to hasn’t received the gift card yet but the process of ordering was very easy and had all the information I was looking for

Easy to order and quick

The ordering process was fairly easy. The one issue I had was I found a Side of scalloped potatoes that said limited quantity, which to me means it is available, but there was no button to add it to the cart. Other than that, no problems.

Food came totally defrosted I can’t contact seller. All the product is Omaha steaks why would anyone use a second handler

The website is very easy to navigate. The pictures of the food helped me to make my selections.

I sent the meal to a friend. I thought it would arrive quicker then it did. It was packaged well from what they said. They also told me it tasted good.

Do NOT order from this service. I gave a new baby meal certificate and the parents are now getting a disclaimer that the full meal cannot be provided due to food supply problems. A full meal was paid for and should be supplied, notwithstanding Covid.

Ordered a meal on 6/7/20, as of this date, 6/16 it has mot been delivered nor have their customer service returned my 2 phone calls, 4 emails and 2 direct website inquiries. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STILL WAITING. FIND ANOTHER meal service this one is a scam.

Email voucher was never sent to recipient. Had to follow up with him and then with Send A Meal. Inconvenient.

We have used this before and it doesn't disappoint. Perfect way to send an employee a gift to let them know we are thinking of them.
