Quick efficient delivery and delicious food for a reasonable price!

The process to send this service turned out to be a bit more involved than I expected. initially there was some confusion concerning the ordering process. After several calls, I was able to resolve those issues. When I didn't receive an e-mail verifying the order, several more calls were made. I finally got a resolution. The gift was supposed to be sent by US mail, but I finally had to make a copy and send it myself to the recipient to ensure it was received. I will think twice before I use this vendor again.

The receiving person said that the food was very good. The shipping I thought was a little slow but I am used to everything being delivered in 2 days ;). The packaging got an A+ also!

I sent a gift to friends going through a difficult period and they were quite happy with their dinners.

As a group, we got the sympathy package plus deserts for a friend whose father had died. They LOVED it! He said the meals were delicious and well prepared. I wish you delivered to Canada lol

over priced, food was good but I overpaid by going thru your site rather then just going to Omaha Steaks

Looking for a quick meal to send to my parents. Lots of options and quick and easy to setup and get delivered. Was actually delivered earlier than expected!

The meals were great for our elderly aunt. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I called for help selecting meal choices and the man I spoke to didn't have the knowledge about the choices to be able to help us and I found the website cumbersome to use. Our aunt is a shut in and said she loved the food.

Not sure if the recipient liked the taste, but they did say there was no note regarding the sender-us. so they were confused. The note should have come with the package.

It was very small quantity for four people. Food was good though.
