Send a Meal is a great service. I have used it twice now, and both parties have thoroughly enjoyed the food they received.

A bit expensive, but convenient time in a pinch. Suggest offer more family packages with interchangeable side dish options.

I don't really know about the entire experience because the meal that I sent as a gift has not been delivered yet but it was great to have a "real" person on the other end of the line in customer support to answer questions.

Everything went very well. Good portions and delivery on time. A signature required choice option would have been nice since it is a perishable delivery especially in the South. Only issue I would have would be the lack of a vegetable choice. Thanks, Patrick

there are not meal options for a family of more than 4 and you need to have that.

My mom became sick and was not able to cook for her and my dad like she had always done before her illness. Send a meal has always worked well as an option for sending good food that is easy for them to cook. I have continued to use it for other friends or family member who are not able to cook regularly, or make trips to the grocery store.

For some reason, I've ordered two meals containing peppers and the peppers were already "turning".

My first experience with Send a Meal was very good, however on this, my second order, it was not so good. Two products totaling over $100 was not included in the order and yet I was charged for them. This was disturbing because this package was a gift to someone - a doctor busy during our pandemic. Had we not touched base and talked about all the products he received, I never would have know the order was missing anything. He told me he received everything on the packaging sheet - which he did. It just wasn't everything on MY order sheet. So unless we didn't accidentally talk about one of the products that happened to be missing, I never would have known that things were missing. You need a better process. I won't use you to send food to someone else again because it is very embarrassing sending someone a gift but then having to call them and ask them to run down everything they got so I can double check they got what I paid for.

My daughter ordered me two meals through your company four months ago when I broke my ankle. I was very impressed by the quality, tell the truth and shame the devil it was the best lasagna I’ve ever had! She also got us a Cuban roast pork which I have not had yet but I’m so looking forward to it! The delivery was excellent, it came frozen as a rock. I did not hesitate to send two meals to my niece who just had a baby! I’m sure she will love it as much as we did! Thank you so very, very much. Kathleen Davis

Have not received my order yet, but did have a gift order delivered to me after surgery and it was good food. This is why I chose to re-order for myself.
