Extremely disappointed in this company.Their customer service is non existence. I am a business owner and would never trest my customer this way, i would be out of business. You can not speak to anyone in customer service as they will only email you. I ordered Sunday , says it was delivered Tuesday. we went back n forth for two days of them sending tracking info ( which i have ) and them saying it was delivered. Only to find out they are now saying ( 3 days later) it wasn't delivered (after they said it was and it was not their fault) , and that I bought a voucher, not a meal? Now i have requested refund and they will not answer me back, and are nowhere to be found. Please find a different service as this one is not reliable as other reviews will attest too.

Very poor customer service and they had no follow up. I admit I made a mistake on the initial order where the address i was given for a friend was wrong. They did not ensure the package was delivered and a phone number was given for the recipient. When it was not found they were not called, no one checked on the package. They just kept trying to deliver to the same mistaken address for 3 days. Then when I found the family did not receive the package and called, they said it was there policy to bill for another shipment and product. THEY SENT A SECOND BILL to bill twice for a delivery they did not make once. So as you see the customer service was again no help and didnt even address why they billed a second time for the delivery, They do not track the package to ensure its received nor do they use the phone number if there is a problem. Its a send it and forget it thing. So if you are sending as a gift make sure you call the person receiving it and let them know to look for it... SO much for a nice surprise...

We gifted this to my parents for their anniversary during the COVID-19 quarantine and they loved it! Prices are reasonable, turnaround time is quick, and the food was good.

Very nice website with clear understanding of what items you will receive, what date they will be there and what the pricing for everything is. Their food is very tasty and it is a great way to be able to send my elderly mother food!

I was a little skeptical of this at first even though it was the gift certificate. However after ordering the first meal I didn't hesitate to order the second one because not only does it arrive quickly it is a nice little break as a full-time single dad.

The meal arrived already thawed. A replacement meal was sent quickly, however the people who received the meal said it was just ok tasting and they would not recommend it.

Have used send a meal many times for new baby, get well, and sympathy. I have had a lot of great feedback from the recipients.

I sent this to my mom for mothers day and it wound up being a disaster. She got the meal and read the directions and didn't know what to do ("cook on high for 2 minutes"- in what??) She called the company asking for help on how to cook it. The woman told her to cook it in a steamer!! She did not have a steamer. She tried to rig one up. She said it came out ok, not great. On top of that she said it was not enough food (and this is a woman who eats only small meals!). Don't waste your money- there are too many good companies out there- this is not one of them.
