A perfect and thoughtful gift, every time! We've sent meals for the holidays several times. Everyone absolutely loves them. They arrive in perfect condition, instructions are easy to follow, and they are always delicious and appreciated. This year was no exception, they raved about everything.

One star for this experience. I had ordered meals for a bereaved family to be delivered ground. I had left work in the knowledge that all was good, as I received the confirmation email from your company. Later I discovered that I received another email, after hours indicating that the coupon code I used was invalid and that I should reorder. Wow, so 5 days later I get this email. Disappointed. I then attempted to go online and reorder, only to be stopped left and right because the 'browser was no longer supported'. Disappointed again. I have ordered from you in the past and it was great. This one disappointing transaction however has soured me to your service.

This is my second order as a gift for my Mom. She really likes the entree but says the veggies are not good at all. Since she loves the protein part of the meals we decided to reorder anyway.

Sent my mother-in-law meals to stock her freezer, as well as for Thanksgiving dinner, because of the pandemic. The meals shipped quickly, arrived well packed and perfectly frozen, and she absolutely loved all of the food. We will be sending her more food for her freezer again shortly. My only complaint is that the shipping is expensive and the cost almost prevented me from placing my order, but in the end I'm glad I decided to give it a try. Just wanted to add, I ordered this food at the end of October in anticipation of a huge rush for Thanksgiving orders due to Covid. The food comes frozen so I knew that doing this a month in advance would be fine. As a result, because of my pre-planning, I had zero problems with my order.

It is almost noon, the day after Thanksgiving and this meal gift has NOT been delivered. I paid about $65.00 extra, for the two-day delivery. I was told it was to be delivered no later than Wednesday, November 25th. This was a gift for a friend (military personal himself,) who was spending the holiday by himself, since his wife was deployed to South Korea and Covid made it impossible to travel to be with other family and friends. Very disappointed in SendAMeal.com. I will not use this company again. I do not recommend this company or their service.

Overall I do feel this is a valuable service and I think there is much room for improvement. Decided to order a Thanksgiving meal for my son. Order was placed on 17 Nov 2020. Five days after I placed the order, my son informed me he had not recieved anything from send a meal. Sent a message to them asking for help. Fairly late the following day, I had not heard from them. I called the only number listed and spoke with the representative who told me the email would be delivered that day. He did recieve that email to pick his meal, but why does it take six days to send an email? His Thanksgiving meal will not be delivered until 30 Nov 2020. Whats the point in offering a Thanksgiving meal if its not delivered on time. If the web site states meals will not be delivered until 2 weeks after the initial order is placed I sure missed it. If you order from them make sure you have enough food to eat in the house. You'll starve before you food gets there. WIll NOT Recommend this service to anyone.

I ordered a meal to be sent to my sister for Thanksgiving, a day later in my email they said the order had to be reimbursed because they had no more of the one I had ordered. I again went in and order another Thanksgiving meal to be delivered to my sister in Pittsburgh, see she lives alone, and with this Covid outbreak and restrictions on traveling, she is unable to make it home. This is our way to make sure she has all the trimmings of a Thanksgiving dinner, so this time all seemed to go through, and hopefully it makes it to her house on time. I have sent these meals for the past few years, and have heard all good things about it every time. Keep up the good work!! Thank you for helping my family make my sisters holiday a little brighter!

All of my items were from Omaha Steakhouse. When looking at their website, I saw I could have ordered directly from them and saved $9 even including their shipping cost. But, I received an extra box of dessert and franks so I'm okay with that.

Arrived earlier than noted so that was great. Such easy prep. The food was delicious. Excited that I was able to split in two so now I get to enjoy all over again. Only thing I wish was provided was au jus sauce.

Nice prices. Arrived a day later than we were told it would. It was no big deal because it's still before thanksgiving but I told the gift recipient to be on the lookout all one day and nothing came. And then it didn't come til late the afternoon the next day. Why send an email telling people when it will arrive if you don't really know?
