They charge a crazy excessive amount of freight which you don't find out about till you process your order. I tried to immediately cancel my order but they HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN CALL. I emailed them right away but since it was Saturday no one will respond to you till Monday and yet they've already ran the money. Monday comes and guess what? Surprise! They tell you it's too late to cancel, even though you've already tried. I work in the plumbing industry. I've shipped a whirlpool cross country for less freight than these clowns are charging.

United States | 22 November 2020I will never order from them again. There was no notice that the package was ever shipped,or that it arrived. I couldn’t get onto the site because it kept telling me I had an account but then would say my password was incorrect. Opt to have them email me a reset twice and never received one. Two days after it was supposed to be delivered, I contacted them by email and was told it had been delivered that day, two days late. I had to contact the recipient, which I hate because it was a gift, to make SURE it was delivered.

But customer service went out of their way to help me. They were courteous and timely. I can't wait to receive my order. I will be ordering my Christmas dinner too. Thank you, Send a Meal!

Always delivered in a timely manner, and have never had any issues with them. What I like the most is, there's no commitment, no joining a monthly service, you just pick your meal, and send whenever you want! Love that! Thank you!!
