I finally managed to sell my flat on 10th October after two earlier failed attempts, both due to unreliable buyers. Each time I decided to stay with Fletcher Longstaff because I had been more than satisfied with the service they provided which stood in stark contrast to some of the unbelievably slow and sloppy work carried out by the buyers conveyancers. Throughout the entire process I dealt exclusively with Tom Hansen. He dealt with many odd and frankly unnecessary enquiries from the buyers side and always managed to reply to my enquiries almost immediately but invariably within the hour. I would not hesitate to use Fletcher Longstaff again and am happy to recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommended, I used them for the conveyance of my Late Mother's Estate. If I sent an email and asked a question it was dealt with within minutes. Extremely transparent as all tasks are uploaded to the system, and you can view the status. No having to wait for a call back and continuosly having to chase. Couldn't be happier with the service Gareth Edwards at Fletcher Longstaff provided. To give some context, I originally listed my property for sale in Feb 2022 and quickly had a full price offer. Everything was progressing till a few weeks into the process, the buyers solicitors found an issue with the registration of my lease.
