Tom Hansen at Fletcher Longstaff was dealing with the process to pay off the help to buy. Tom is extremely professional and efficient, he was always available to help ease my worrries during a stressful process to make deadline. Anytime I contacted Tom either by email or call he was always available and responded to my email straight away, which is nice not having to chase for a call back or email. Tom explained every step in a clear manner that I could understand, honestly i would say this is the best experience I have received and definitely would recommend and use again. Tom only took less than 2 weeks from start to finish to completed and just before Christmas, I would say that is outstanding. I just wanted to say thank you Tom once again for all your hard work, efforts, support and great communication throughout the whole process.
