All was handed remotely which was great for us as busy people but Kerry was just at the end of a phone if we needed to speak to her and was always responsive to emails. She made what would be expected to be a fraught and stressful time to one where we knew exactly what position we were in, what was outstanding and expected of us.

I used Fletcher Longstaff's services for the purchase of a short-lease flat in London. Despite all the challenges of the case (tenant occupier, slow-acting solicitors of the seller, problems spotted by the surveyor) Craig Dickson did an excellent job in advising me and always keeping me in the loop at every step of the process.
