Edward and Jake always replied to emails within a few hours, and were very patient with me and happy to help explain parts of the process that I had any questions about. Text updates were a useful addition and I knew what was happening at each sale of both the sale and purchase. I was very impressed with the speed of the work, everything went through much quicker than anyone I've used previously - the searches were applied for less than an hour after signing my instruction pack! I'm based in London, and absolutely no problem with them not being local. I would not hesitate to recommend, and I already have done so!

EXEMPLARY SERVICE! I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Fletcher Longstaff. Here's why ... I switched to Fletcher Longstaff after sacking my first choice of conveyancer - an expensive "local solicitor" mistakenly selected in the expectation of competence and old fashioned customer service. In the event quite the opposite: slow, unresponsive and frankly arrogant in their response to complaints (I never did receive a call back from their director responsible for handling complaints) Fletcher Longstaff proved to be exactly the opposite in every way. Always immediately contactable via email, direct phone, chat. They are BLISTERINGLY responsive (virtually real time response). They are proactive. But what I really like is the evident culture of customer focus. Fletcher Longstaff is not a large company but it's clear they have no prima donnas. If the direct dial is busy the phone will still be picked up. The chat service is manned by everyone in the company in turn so is always available. But the best bit: in my experience it didn't matter who responded, at whatever level, I ALWAYS received an effective response. Right away - no messing or delay. Professional, competent along with a really personable and pleasant attitude. What's not to like? My particular thanks to Eddie Jones and Jake Smith. Excellent job! I needed to find a solicitor to help me exchange rapidly (within a 3 week period) on a purchase, after a complex sale that had been badly mishandled by an allegedly cheaper conveyancer (that ended up costing me more). I read the reviews on Trustpilot and was convinced by an interaction with Fletcher Longstaff that they could move quickly and make it happen. The FL team were incredibly focused - you have a direct line through to the partner handling your case - and responded very quickly to any query. The exchange happened to schedule, and I'm now in my new property. Don't buy conveyancing based on a cheap price. The solicitors you choose can make, or break, a transaction. Fletcher Longstaff won't let you down. They are not the cheapest, but they are excellent value for money. I've already recommended them to two friends.

Fletcher Longstaff are outstanding conveyancers. They are fast to respond to emails and phone calls and were very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We dealt with Adam Cheal for the majority of our transaction and found him to be extremely friendly and professional. We worked through a purchase in Kent of a non-standard build 3 bedroom house. This threw up a few unexpected hurdles, but throughout we felt that Adam and Fletcher Longstaff were on our side and working in our best interests. There were even times when they anticipated problems and solved them without worrying us about anything. They have embraced the modern house purchase process in that we were able to communicate via email and occasional phone calls exclusively which suited us. They always responded promptly to emails; often within minutes, and were always available to talk on the phone. While their office is based in Lincolnshire, this was not a hindrance at all to our communication. When the chain was slow they were able to keep it moving and open up communication with some less stellar performing conveyancers. We cannot recommend Fletcher Longstaff highly enough.
