Having used trustpilot to look for a conveyancing solicitor I opted for Fletcher Longstaff after reading many of their previously rated reviews, I can only say what a FANTASTIC choice I made, I can not rate them Highly enough. I was allocated to 'Edward' to whom I had no previous knowledge or connection prior to choosing this company. Right from the very first communication making my initial enquiry regarding costs etc... I was given the utmost professional service, then having decided to use their services and being allocated to Edward I was given an EXCEPTIONAL service by ALL his team - whenever I made a telephone call I was ALWAYS given a very courteous greeting and if it was not possible to talk to Edward himself then whoever answered my call ALWAYS managed to answer my question/s promptly and to my satisfaction. When I made any email contact I was always given a very very prompt reply if one was needed. Part way through my initial house purchase I had to change purchasing properties but this made absolutely NO difference to how Edward conducted himself in the purchase procedure or to myself. I can honestly say I have had NO problems or ANY doubts whatsoever that I made the correct choice of solicitor firms when choosing Fletcher Longstaff for my purchase. I was living in Hertfordshire at the time of purchase and I was purchasing in County Durham but this made no problems to Edward and his team, even things like contracts that needed to be personally signed were received by the next days post after being posted to me. I have had no experience of this firm offering any other kind of services except for the conveyancing service I used but I will say ---- if you are looking for a conveyancing solicitor firm then DO NOT HESITATE to choose Fletcher Longstaff for your solicitation requirements, I can only RECOMMEND you choose them from my own personal dealings with Edward and his team and I would dare hesitate to say that if you were allocated any of the solicitors then you would receive the same FANTASTIC COURTEOUS and PROFESSIONAL service which I received from my initial offer to the vendor on 24th July 2018 to the completion on 21st August 2018. I have NO affiliation or personal knowledge of any of the Fletcher Longstaff company, just a superb memory of the ease and professionalism with which they all conducted themselves and the great house buying experience which they afforded to me. If my experience is anything to go by, then - DO NOT HESITATE ---- choose them above all others. Oh yes - I nearly forgot to mention - their fee for my house purchase was NOT expensive and the service Edward and the team provided made it even better value. I will NOT use any other solicitor practice in any future house sales/purchases. when you find the best you stick to it. these are only my opinions of my experience using Fletcher Longstaff and I hope you have the same experience when choosing them.

Adam Cheal at Fletcher Longstaff was recommended to me and my overall experience was excellent. The service was efficient, helpful, straight forward and unpretentious and this contributed to relieving a great deal of the usual stress experienced when buying and selling a property.

I’ve used a few conveyancing firms over the last few years ( we have bought, sold and bought again in 2 years) these guys are just the absolute best. Adam and Andrew were so helpful and I always got an incredibly quick response on any queries I had. They were always available to talk to and there was great online support too. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I was fully informed at every stage. Hands down the best team around! You might get a cheaper quote but it’s definitely not worth the hassle. Be kind to yourself and do it right!

I was recommended Fletcher Longstaff by my brother who had used them previously. They may not be the cheapest conveyancers out there but they are definitely worth the added cost. They are so good at their jobs especially Edward and his colleagues that my purchase was ready to exchange and complete within 5 weeks. Truly awesome. Estate agent queried it when we said we were using a company not located in our local area, but they weren’t by the end of it. It was Fletcher Longstaff that drove our chain and did all the chasing to get us in our new home inside 6 weeks. It was brilliant.
