First and foremost, after a week of ownership, it’s an excellent car. That said, the sales process wasn’t the best, and the car was supposed to have a vallet before delivery - if this happened it was the worst vallet I’ve ever seen - however, the car seems very good and they delivered on the date they committed to... So, all in all, I’d probably buy from them again.

From the minute of enquiring about my vehicle to the purchase of it, Horsepower were brilliant! Never minded being contacted almost everyday to ask more about the car I was purchasing, and Danny was brilliant, always on hand when I needed him and went through every little detail that I asked! Would highly recommend to everyone looking to buy a car!

Even thou we didn't view car, everything went to plan, great communication with Peter all the way from putting down a deposit to getting the car moted, serviced and delivered 10/10 thank you horsepower.

Personally loved dealing with the company. Made it very easy to buy and get through with little headache. Any problems with the vehicle were fixed before I collected and car is a lovely drive. Hopefully I have just bought a great car at a great price from Horsepower, so many thanks to Danny for his help and efficiency with the purchase. I particularly appreciated that he always responded to messages and emails, even after hours. All agreed repairs were done as promised and the car was ready for collection on time. My only quibble is not with Danny but Horsepower. Firstly, unlike many other second-hand car dealers, Horsepower not only charge an administration fee but it is relatively high for what can only be a few minutes work (£169). Secondly, and for me this was more of an issue, they insisted I had to take out an extended warranty with a company (TMO) which was not registered with The Motor Ombudsman, and if I did not, the purchase could not go through. I have never come across such practice before, and while I was considering a warranty anyway, I would have liked to have had the choice of who with. Hence the 4 stars and not 5.

Bought a Mini Countryman from Horsepower and transaction was handled professionally from start to finish. I dealt with salesman Peter Carrol who explained every part of the sale and answered every question I had. I wasn’t made to feel I was under any pressure to buy. On collection of the vehicle I was still under no obligation to buy as Peter explained if I still had any doubts it was ok to change my mind. The car was as I expected as Peter had sent me a video and 77 pictures of the car. I bought the car and drove it home but had to call the showroom later as needed an answer to a couple of questions I had forgot to ask. I was happy with the answers I received. During my call it was discovered there was a minor repair the workshop had missed so Peter arranged for the car to be collected and taken back to the workshop and returned to me. He even left a courtesy car for me to use. Very pleased with the service and the car I purchased and highly recommend Horsepower. Definitely use again. 5 star for salesman and company. Thank you.
