Extremely professional, very knowledgeable and friendly and immediate service

Great job, but I think the service should be even faster instead of leaving the phone 5/6 hours on the shop as the screen won't take longer than 45 mins to be replaced, and so we can save the traffic back and forth. But I'm still happy and recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys

The worse experience I have ever had with repairing service. Very unprofessional. My screen had a few stripes but worked good so I wanted to replace it. I also paid extra £15 for the screen protector. I picked up my phone and after few hours my screen was not working well at all. It didn’t react on my touch and was turning off so I was not able to use it. I went to the store as the staff told me they will keep my old screen anyway if I have a problem with the new one so I went there and asked for the refund and changing the screen for my old one with the stripes as I prefer to go to Apple Store. The manager told me that my old screen is not going to work as it’s not working any longer after replacement-they just destroyed it. Also I asked for the refund for the screen protector and she said it’s not possible to get the refund-instead of the refund they can put the screen protector on my screen for free if I visit them next time (joke!) I would never recommend this company as I lost the time, money and it was so disappointing that they make it even worse!

Great service. New battery fitted and phone works like new now. Very reasonably priced.

Great service and repair carried out quickly and efficiently

My son had smashed his goigle pixel 7 pro screen. He was going to Paris that night with school. I picked him up from school at 4.15. After talking to a repair shop on the wirral, they recommended ismash. We went on the website filled the form in and was extremely relieved to see that they could fix the phone the same day. The website was so easy to use, it then offered you time slots to chose from. It also gave you the price. Marion was brilliant, and the phone was fixed within the hour, and my son was able to take his phone away on holiday. I will certainly recommend ismash. Thank you!

Walked into Canary Wharf store to replace cracked screen. Met with Elaan, who did the necessary checks and repairs on screen in no time, and as an added bonus cleaned out the speakers, so I’m less reliant on using the speaker function on my Iphone. Win win.

These guys fixed my phone for £49. Id just been quoted £ 365 by Apple! Who lied saying the was a broken cable and id loose all my contents of the phone. Ismash kept all my data, thankfully, and fixed the problem, there was no broken cable. It needed a new battery! Shame on apple, well done ismash, you saved my day! Thankyou!

This is the second time I have Been to ismash. The service is excellent, efficient and very friendly. I would definitely recommend everyone to go there. On both occasions I got my iPhone back within the time frame given to me.

In this branch, my deformed iPad and broken screen was fixed. I was delighted it was made workable again. The manager is personable ; he remembered me from my previous visit and asked after my sick relative.

Rubbish service. Took two weeks to tell me I had not got the right part and did not phone me either. Zero for customer service.

Fast and efficient service

I took my old iPhone to the Bristol (Cribb’s Causeway) branch to have a new battery fitted. The staff were very courteous and helpful and the job was done very quickly at a very reasonable price. I can’t fault the service. DJD

Really positive experience with the St Pancras team! I dropped in without an appointment to see if they were able to book me in and they did. They took my phone there and then and advised it would be fixed within a few days due to the part needing to be ordered. I couldn't believe it when I had a message the next day to say it was ready to be collected! Initially the reason for going to iSmash was because they don't delete your data (I needed this saved as my display had gone so I couldn't back anything up) but on top of that they made the whole process super easy, replaced my battery free of charge and the two team members I liaised with were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Hopefully I won't need my phone fixing again but I would definitely take it to iSmash if I did.
