Had nothing but problems since having a new screen fitted, fingerprint no longer works, screen around edges and in corners doesn't work, screen protector fitted with dirt underneath and a small crack "they can not do anything about"

Don’t be fooled by the fancy branding, iSmash are terrible. Avoid and go to Apple instead! I went to iSmash Victoria to replace my iPhone battery. They smashed my screen in the process and replaced it with a shoddy non-Apple screen which never worked properly and smashed as soon as it was dropped (indoors!). Apparently it is in the ts and cs you agree to when using their services that when they break your device they replace it with non Apple parts. Looks like this happens a lot then! The new battery also runs down quickly and it’s only been 4 months. On top of this the shop manager was rude and unhelpful and there is no customer service number. All in all, wanting to replace my battery has resulted in me needing to buy a brand new phone.

Technicians were very helpful and knowledgable and speedy with the repair.

I really like this service and I trust it. I can leave my phone there, go shopping or work, come back and its fixed in under an hour. I do not even go Apple store or random high streets anymore to repair my phones/tablets. I like the discounts offered weekly too.

Took my old iPhone6 to iSmash in the Kings Road. I thought it had died a death but they managed to get it to work again within a day! The staff member who did this for more was lovely and so helpful. I really appreciated his efforts 🙂 I can honestly recommend iSmash in the King’s Road.

Booked an appointment to have my Pixel 7 Pro screen replaced at a cost of £250 at iSmash in Meadhowhall, when I got there I was told I had to either pay an 'express service' fee of £15 to have it done there and then despite having booked an appointment or leave it with them and come back the following day to collect it. I also paid an additional £15 for a screen protector to be fitted after the screen replacement. After collecting the phone something wasn't lined up properly under the screen which blocked the front facing camera, which I only noticed as I was walking back to my car by chance. I took it back and had it rectified then queried the screen protector which had been forgotten about although I had been charged for it so that had to be refunded. All in all not a great experience and will probably avoid the company in the future.

Had an iPad battery replacement in Brighton store. Booking in was easy and staff were very helpful. Repair was done quickly and seems very good so far.

Took my pixel 6 in for repair the guy said it would be 3 hours as his work colleague had phoned in sick and he was on his own, we explained that we had travelled to get to Leeds and only expected to wait 1 hour. He said he would do it as quick as he could and would ring when ready, 50 min later it was done and phone working perfectly. Sorry did not take the guys name but thank you so much!

Excellent service to fix a smashed iPad screen. This was done quickly, they kept me informed along the way and the team were friendly. Great service and would definitely recommend them.

I took my refurbished iPhone 12 in with a smashed screen, and got that replaced with a back camera. Two days later I was walking my dogs and there was a downpour after which it immediately stopped working, no display at all!!!! I had spent £213 and this was two days after I got it repaired. Just spend the extra money and go to Apple, at least it is guaranteed instead of this where they just charge you for another full screen. Total waste of time and money :(
