I would highly recommend this company I returned my phone with a smashed screen (courtesy of my son) and it was returned to to my home address in 6 days. An excellent job of replacing screen and no issues with the touch screen.

Today had been such a whirlwind of a day. Words on a keyboard could not describe. I was given so much patience and empathy when i came to visit the Manchester arndale store. The lady who’s name i was shy to ask for, dealt with me unease and ridiculous questions so patiently. The day was a stressful day from early morning and the screen damage only made it worse. Thank you sincerely Lady - you remind me of the real humanity.

iSmash Covent Garden. Went there with a broken back camera lens. After having Apple telling me it would cost £380 or something!!! I thought it best to try someone else out. Went in. He said an hour. I was walking past 40mins later and on the off chance it was ready, popped in. It WAS ready!! Bonkers.

They replaced my iPhone 11 Pro Max dead battery, although my phone screen is cracked a little bit, thanks!!

From the moment I made my enquiry online, the whole process was so smooth and easy. Very easy to navigate online, my nearest store was iSmash Chiswick. What an absolute gem of a company. I have never cracked my screen on a phone in the last 20 years, so when my screen went green, i panicked as all my personal data and picture and videos were on the phone. I felt lost. I booked it in and went to Chiswick. I was greeted promptly and with a smile. Im so sorry that i cant remember the name of the gentleman that helped me. He was very professional and polite. Well these guys are a new level of appalling. No idea how they are running a business. I first booked in (at a cost of £5 booking fee) at the Guildford branch to have my MacBook pro battery changed. I was told (after a 2 hour round trip) that they had ordered in a battery which was too old to be fitted. Nobody bothered to tell me before I set off. Second attempt at Harrow (2 hour round trip) I was told they had ordered the incorrect type of battery. I still haven't got the booking fees back and still no further forward. If you email their customer service (no chance of getting someone to pick up the phone) then they won't even reply. Fantastic way to lose money and be no further forward in fixing your devices. Cowboys.

When I make appointment to bring my iPhone to be replaced screen and rear glass online before booking says till 1 hour , when I come to iSmash on Lakeside RM20 2ZN , the men from the store says me will take till 3 hours, what is was very big problem for me ….. very very upset and angry to lose my time!!!!

Excellent, friendly rapid service to fit a screen protector on my new iPhone. When I (slightly rudely) wondered if I could get a case from Amazon, the guy said “absolutely: ours are good, but they are more expensive than some”. Very satisfied.

Genuinely the worst customer experience I’ve encountered in my 43 years. We took our sons phone to be repaired the back panel was cracked on his iPhone X, it was being repaired on the 22nd of December, we dropped it into Ismash Cribbs and did a bit of Christmas shopping whilst waiting. Was told it would be longer than usual as they were busy, over 2 hours later no phone call to say it was ready. So we popped back only to find they forgot to connect the camera and shorted the battery and connectors and also damaged other parts of the phone! No real sincere apology. This was going to be a Christmas present so it stumped us a bit, the phone would have to sent back to head office to be repaired, so no phone and no Christmas present. It would take a five days so should get it back after Christmas but before new year! However the phone arrived back on the 12th of January! Where there wanted to charge us for the damaged battery along with the full price repair even though we had 10% already. Again the staff never cared. Couldn’t care less. Eventually we managed to get £10 off a the Repair which they said was fair!! £79.99 for a 20 day repair, didn’t even clean the phone fingerprints everywhere on the back over. Staff don’t care.

Don't use if you want to see your phone again! Received phone 29/12, I have had to chase daily. They have now lost the phone after telling insurers it was returned a week ago and blaming DPD who it hasn't been given to. You can never call them- permanent answerphone. AVOID
