Good!!!! But expensive

Honestly this is the best app I’ve used to get around Amsterdam. It was very simple to use and the fact that the cost per minute goes down as time goes on is mind-blowing. $9 for 1.5 hours? That would be $45 in the states. Very convenient.

I use them in my city (Copenhagen) very often and I love it! It gives you the flexibility to move around the city, it has may drop-off locations and many bikes around the city, if they need to be repaired, they take care of it pretty fast and you can report issues in the app. Their support is amazing too!

I had to cycle against the wind on a bike with best service.

Very user friendly. Great bikes. Cheap option when you need a bike on short notice. Do check for available bikes and drop of places.

Best registration and payment experience for foreign users (UK)

There is a glitch where if you enter Apple Pay before confirming the user agreement the page freezes on 'processing.' Closing and reopening the app fixed the issue.

Super fast sign up process, high quality bikes. Need more stations though!

Ik probeer al maanden het geld te ontvangen van mijn portemonnee via terugbetaling. Telkens wanneer ik support contacteer word een geen duidelijke oplossing geboden. Er wordt mij verteld dat het bedrag al betaald is en vervolgens ontvang ik een email met een document dat zegt dat het naar een IBAN nummer is overgeschreven dat helemaal niet van mij is. Ik zou graag gewoon mij geld ontvangen en een compensatie voor het ongemak en de tijd die ik hier al heb ingestoken. Dit zegt erg veel over de professionaliteit van dit bedrijf.

Such an easy way to rent a bike just in the app pay and go. Bikes are really good quality. 10/10
