Abholort und Abgabeort war nah an meinem Ziel, das Fahrrad war in einem Superzustand, alles hat super funktioniert, dass auf -und abschließen hätte nicht noch einfacher sein können, es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht, ich brauch mir kein Fahrrad mehr zu kaufen, ab jetzt wird die Nutzung regelmäßig!

Rented 1 bike this morning, handed it over to a drop-off station and closed the lock properly. The system could not register the end of the rental, so I contacted the help desk who almost insulted me, but ended the rental. However, as their geolocation system is faulty, the system considers that the bike has not been dropped off at the station and that additional fees could apply to find the bike. After countless e-mail exchanges, I did not receive confirmation that the bike had been put back in the right place even though it had already been re-rented by another customer who picked it up at the station. Repeated the experiment in the afternoon and exactly the same problem. These people are commercially incompetent and blame their clients for their failures. To be avoided.

As a Brazilian and a bike lover to soend a day biking in Amsterdam was a greatful experience.
