The help service was so bad the person couldn't speak well english she was helpless and took 20 minutes and then we had to end the renting and leave our bikes and take the bus ! I think the app is a great idea if it works .On top because we rented for the all days it was expensive .

In this case there is nothing else to do, than stand by your bike and just wait it out. Donkey Republic does not answer the phone within their opening hours.
