Muchos problemas para finalizar el alquiler y devolver la bici El costo era 1 euro por bici, alquila Os 2 bicis, y en lugar de 2 euros terminamos pagando 10 euros Un robo !!

I put my two bikes on the back of my car and came to Amsterdam from Belgium. I realized that I didn't have the key to the lock of one of the bikes. I rented the bike from the company in 2 minutes. Great system.

Very easy way to see Laboe if you are on a cruise. It is very near to rent a bike

We enjoyed using donkeys bikes for our long weekend in Copenhagen. We we used it quite flexible we were just using the „just ride“ pricing. This was from time to time probably more expensive then using the metro. However we enjoyed taking the bike. This having said: longer / daily usage packages might make sense if you tend to use the bikes more frequently

Einfach zu bedienen, gute Verfügbarkeit und Auswahl der Räder. Voll funktionstüchtig, mit 4 verschiedenen Stufen für den Motor und Gangschaltung, super bremsen. Ich habe den Packster genommen, auf der Ladefläche ist viel Platz und man kann sie gut verschließen mit der Plane darüber.

Det virker som det skal men dog var cyklen ikke helt så ren som man kunne ønske sig.

Pas op! Ze sturen je onterechte boetes. Heb samen met mn vriendin een fiets gehuurd, deze fiets heeft ze succesvol huurperiode beëindigd volgens de app en daardoor zijn we niet meer aansprakelijk volgens eigen AVW. Vervolgens krijgen we een boete voor verloren fiets 1 maand later. DR claimt het slot niet te kunnen uitlezen (niet ons probleem). DR claimt in de tussentijd te hebben gemaild maar dat is niet het geval. Heb dit nu al meerdere keren om mij heen gehoord. Klantenservice valt alleen maar in herhaling met standaard teksten, terwijl we bewijs hebben aangetoond middels screenshots vanuit hun eigen app.
