After placing the order, I noticed that the tracking indicated the PC would undergo several tests by their technicians to ensure it runs smoothly which seems reasonable. During the process I was informed that because I selected too many fans, the original case wouldn’t fit, so I upgraded the case. Additionally, they told me that the graphics card I selected was out of stock, and they will give me free upgrade from the TUF 4090 to the 4090 Suprim X, which I was fine with. However, I wonder why they still allow customers to select out-of-stock products during the purchasing phase. Everything seemed to be going well, and the testing process was completed before the PC was sent out via DPD. It was scheduled to arrive on October 8 between 11 AM and 12 PM. I downloaded the DPD app to track the driver’s location and checked the tracking every 3 to 5 minutes due to my excitement for this high-end PC. I could see the driver getting closer to my home, but then the system displayed, "We are sorry, we have missed you." This was impossible, as I had been home the entire time, and no one knocked or rang the doorbell. When I called DPD, they informed me that the driver had gone to the wrong location. This caused a delay in delivery, as my work schedule only allows me to be home on certain days. While my mood wasn’t too bad, when I finally received the PC, it was indeed beautiful. However, upon turning it on, the first message on the screen was, "CPU Fan speed detection error, please ensure your CPU cooler is properly connected to the CPU_FAN header." I thought these issues were supposed to be tested beforehand. I reached out to customer support, and they advised that some parts might have come loose during delivery. They requested a screenshot of the BIOS settings to assist me, but I only have time on weekends to address this issue. I work Monday to Friday, and I don't have the time to go back and forth via email for a problem that should have been resolved prior to delivery. To make matters worse, the PC encountered a blue screen of death after an automatic restart from a Windows update, which seemed to go on indefinitely. If I was lucky, I could sometimes access the system to troubleshoot the blue screen issue. I spent an entire day testing components, running system checks, scanning, and reinstalling Windows—over 8 hours—yet the problem remained unresolved. Consequently, I requested a full refund, which they processed. The time invested in troubleshooting the PC felt wasted, especially since everything should have been properly tested. I might consider purchasing from this company again, because I don't want to make a definite judgment based on my first experience. But we will see.

You spend so much money with the company but when there is an issue they completely fob you off and say there is nothing they can do, not even offer small partial refund so I can repurchase the correct set of fans and install them myself. They're supposed to be professionals but the components were installed against the aesthetic and suppliers recommendation. They told me the fans were installed this way and no other and if i dont like the aesthetic of it its my problem. They also advise you on some additional fees and cost of return courier service even though their website is misleading. They find an excuse for everything to blame the customer instead of owning up to their mistake and trying to rectify it somehow. I would be losing money now either way even though I spent so much on their website already! It's ridiculous and i would recommend anyone to steer away from them if you can purchase elsewhere. Very disheartened company.

They then sent a picture of where they had left the card and it was not my house and did not even look like my neighbourhood. DPD then just said it would have to deliver another day which is no good as we both work whicu is why i paid extra for a sunday delivery
