The service pre sale/after sale has been second to none. Unfortunately the PC had to be returned due to it crashing on me a number of times, but I suspect this is down to a faulty motherboard that was only released a few months ago or a dodgy SSD, something out of CyberPower’s controll. It’s a real shame because I was really looking forward to get gaming on the beast I purchased. I opted for a refund rather than a replacement just due to the stress this has caused, but I wouldn’t hesitate purchasing from here again, these things happen and I guess I was just unlucky. Cyberpower were very helpful in organising the collection of the PC and did not hesitate to offer me a refund which I am now waiting for.

Simple process to buy, worked straight out of the box

Had all the components in stock for my gaming pc (including monitor, keyboard & mouse) & the pc was made and tested in reasonable time. Total process took about 10 working days Very good!

First time purchase - I'm impressed with the product and the support which was my fault I had to call on - free game with the PC , didn't see it was a digital copy - didn't check my emails for download instructions - I didn't own up ;) Email was resent.

We had major problems using our iPhones on the UK Cyberpower website. Fortunately, Alan N and Dave G stepped in to configure and deal with our numerous questions! Absolutely superb professional customer service! We could not ask for more! Well done Alan and Dave!

Staff helpful when speaking to them both online and telephone. Have always been quick to help and respond to questions. PC built well and no 'quick fixes' like we have experienced using other well known companies which led to us trying somewhere new in the first place. Fast shipping. Website and building function easy to use with a lot more choices than other companies. Was a bit disappointed with packaging; everything thrown in quite messily ie accessories / loose components etc. Especially when we had paid additional for packaging. Also could do with clarification re thermal paste, ordered as part of build but found unopened tube in the box so unknown if paste has been added already with additional provided or need to buy as part of build to add upon receiving. These things may be something CyberPowerUK will consider for the future. All in all, glad to have given CyberPowerUK a try and would purchase from them again. Thank you.
