Absolutely brilliant company my first ever purchase from you guys and I’m really pleased with my pc. Placed my order on the 5th November and it wasn’t supposed to be delivered until 19th November I got it delivered on the 16th instead which helped me as I would of had to take the day off work unpaid if it was delivered on the 19th. Pc is everything I wanted very high quality and really fast looks amazing the cables in the case are all neat and hidden and the pc was well packaged to protect from damage during shipping. Will definitely buy from you guys again in the future, would highly recommend purchasing from CyberPowerPC UK they are also much more reasonably priced than their competitors which will keep customers like me coming back again.

We expected delivery in two weeks but it arrived in two days. Fantastic surprise. Wonderful all round.

I've used cyberpower before and I'll certainly be using them again. They always give me good service on time. No questions asked. Never needed to contact them for any issue. I'll be coming back again when my PC requires an upgrade

So I ordered a pc and the order was cancelled the money arrived back in my account. They said I had to do a bank transfer due to fraud checks. Completely reasonable. They then proceeded to charge me for both the bank transfer for the reorder and the previous one leaving me with a £1500 unplanned overdraft for up to three days not letting me buy anything and ALSO making pay the banks surcharges every day. Why did you process a payment that was canceled until you took my second order? It literally makes no sense, the money was back in my account until your customer service said you "voided" my order which was already cancelled. Edit: refund came to my account same day but still have no idea why I was recharged for a purchase they refused to begin with.

PC quality in general was good, but with a few minor issues. It took a little longer than claimed to arrive, and there were a few minor problems with the build, such as a fan not being connected at all.

I've used Cyberpower to build each of m ylast 3 PC's and each of my experiences have been excellent.

They kept me up-to-date on the progress of my order every step of the way, I bought a prebuilt and changed very little about the PC when making the order though, so can't really speak to how good they are with swapping out parts and going the extra mile.

Easy to configure and customise gaming PC Order process was straightforward and easy. I liked that any changes I made that were not compatible with other components were flagged so I had no surprises (and it let me make the changes prior to making the purchase.) Paid for fast track build and the system was shipped nice and quick. Only negative was that I paid for before 12 delivery and DPD didn't deliver till after 12 (only by around 20 mins, but still, 15 quid is 15 quid) Overall, would recommend to anyone wanting a new pc set up without having to build themselves. Edit: Wanted to point out that I don't think it's cyberpower fault that the delivery was after 12, that's on DPD. (And it was a short delay) I'm over the moon with the pc and the quick turnaround on getting the customisation done.
