Recently ordered a custom (picked parts) PC from CyberPowerPC, and got to admit as overall experience so far, fantastic. Pros: - Huge choice of parts for each segment it was very hard to pick my mind on which parts i should stay as it was many many to choose 😲 - Fair price (not overpriced), checked some most expensive parts over several websites and very happy as it sometimes matched and sometimes had a lower price here 👍🏻😄👍🏻 - Great quality of build, no scratches, no cracks, few fingerprints but come on lets be realistic… just great! - Very quick delivery, ordered on 6th June, with estimated dispach date of 17th June. Was here already at my house on 14th June, which made me very happy to receive it before weekend.😀 Cons: - Item was still well packed and secured, i would still suggest to pay extra (which i did) for foam bag inside the case to make sure none sockets or parts come loose and break. As a suggestion for CyberPowerPC UK it would be great if the case was double boxed for maximum security as we can never trust delivery companies 😉 Neutral: - Cable management, as in front cables are fantastically managed do not obstruct any airflow, as its my personal preference and fully objective i like to have cables well managed at back too, technically you cannot see them during usage and does not make experience any worse, just personal preference. Besides this saves loads of time during build and it can affect delivery time, I received my order several days before estimate date which i explained in “Pros”, besides it leaves for me the fun to cable manage the way i like it so a slight “Pros” here. 😀 Very happy with the service and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great gaming system, that is basically plug and play. 👍🏻😄👍🏻

really easy to deal with issues and shipped before estimated time

I received my order in a very timely manner with frequent updates on my purchase. This was very helpful.

Computer was clearly dropped in transit - the box handles broke and the box corner had evidence of a big impact. anything is now misaligned including the ports - weird noises all the time. Contacted Cyber power straight away - only response was to push all back into place - awful experience given that the PC was £3,500!

Giving 1 star because it wont allow me to give 0 - great company until you have a fault, sent my PC back for repair, DPD the courier supplied by Cyberpower must have used my PC which was wrapped in 10m of bubble wrap and boxed as a football, when it got to Cyberpower the glass was all smashed, case was destroyed along with the power supply and cooler, Cyberpower want me to pay for these damages also as they believe they can smell cats upon opening the PC they say they will not honour the warranty BUYER BEWARE do not use this company

Computer came quickly packed well and has been working absolutely perfectly. Would order again.

The tracking feature on the website lets you track from order confirmation, PC being built, check up inspections etc. Its very helpful to know whats going on!

Easy to navigate website - especially for someone who only decently understands how computers work, and the customer support team reached out quickly and promptly when they noticed I missed out on choosing fans. They were quick and even though the computer was sent out before we settled on the fans, I have no issue installing them myself and it was more on my delayed responses than anything else. Everyone I talked to was clear and prompt. Very solid experience. Alan and Curtis were super helpful.
