Did not feel like they were rushed nor that they were trying to sell me something - quickly gauged my need and the type of PC that I was after discussing the various pros and cons and they then send you their recommendation via email so that you can order in your on time and making sure that it all tallies up - can't fault them in any way!!👍

This was my third PC delivered by CyberPowerPC. Due to having 2 very good experiences with them I decided to buy our third PC from them. Build & shipping was faster than expected, however when the PC was delivered with one of the side panels (which was glass) smashed. I immediately contacted CyberPowerPC with the problem sending photos & a detailed description of the problem. I was informed by support that they would ship me out a replacement side panel. A few days later a replacement side panel was received. However, it was for the incorrect side of the case. Even though I told support which side it was & sent in photos they still managed to get it wrong. After contacting support for the second time, they are now informing me that my case is out of stock & I will have to wait. After spending close to £9000 with CyberPowerPC over the last few years I am very disappointed with this outcome. Although the PC is usable the side panel is susceptible to dust & as it is glass it is dangerous. I feel very let down by CyberPowerPC & after many years using them I am sorry to say I would not recommend them to others anymore. I am just hoping CyberPowerPC resolve this issue soon.

Really happy with the service and pc. They did exactly what they said they would, the build quality seems really good, pc is stable. Was worth a little more than the cheapest competitors. Will get my next pc from here. Thanks

Great service from order to delivery.

I seen a review in pcpro that was a great deal so I ordered it the same day. I needed it to arrive on a specific day and this was arranged no problem. The pc came and was packaged very well. Everything worked great out of the box, which includes lots of extra cables and fittings for future upgrades. Very happy with this pc and would recommend cyberpower.

Bad delivery time when it was stated it was a next day pc

I have bought every gaming I have owned from CyberpowerPC and have never had any issues with the quality of the builds or the service in general. I have accessed their tech support a number of times over the years and they have always been able to fix the issue for me. They have a customer for life in me, I would never buy from anywhere else

The system arrived on time and complete with everything ordered. It appears well made and well put together with few PUPs. It has since been performing well and I am happy with it generally. Overall, a really good machine that I am happy I bought and look forward to using for many more years.

I admit, I have had the pc for just under 3 years but honestly, the worst pc I have ever seen. I bought it back in 2020 Christmas as a gift I had saved up for, ever since then it had been working fine no problems at all until 2022 where I had a graphics card error with my pc so I downloaded GeForce Experience to update my graphics card (unbelievablely) it worked. Fast forward to the end of November 2023, all my components at this point are still classed as mid range and reliable but somehow my pc has had endless problems. I have spent over £300 (a quarter of what I had spent on the original pc) to get it fixed from a local repair shop, it came back and ever since then I have had endless problems as the pc repair shop is seen as reliable (friends have used them in the past without problem at all). In my opinion, I have been utterly scammed. I get it that 2020 was a hard time to get pc components but false advertisement, really? I had ordered a good set of components for around £800 at the time and I have had endless issues ever since then with my components which makes me wonder if CyberPower is a trustworthy place to get your first pc from. I ordered a gaming pc and ended up with a desktop pc. Outrage. I recommend not to get from this site unless you want to be robbed, I would also recommend build your first pc yourself by looking at components that aren’t too expensive but work reliably unlike this scam-bound company. I can’t even add a date of experience as I have been experiencing it for 1+ years! God please ban this website and sue them for scamming people looking for good pcs. Website sent from hell.
