I had a great time modifying my pc on the website, it was easy to understand and allowed for a great variety of choice. Upon purchase I was contacted about a free upgrade, the team were really helpful in clarifying that my power supply could manage the new gpu. This is the second review I am leaving for CyberPowerPC after almost a year of using their customer support and services. Just like last time they have gone above and beyond with both their promptness with replying to emails, but this time also handled my RMA and fixed my issue with only 3 days passing from start to finish including sending and delivery. Would definitely recommend their products and services!

build quaitly very good, fast build time and super fast delivery would recomend 100%, there website is a bit finicky when trying to custom build a pc but otherwise all good

The website was very easy to understand and put my order together. Swapping parts and components were very straight forward. The pc was delivered and seems to be working perfectly fine.

I've never ordered a custom PC before and had read great things about CyberPowerPC. As I was unsure I contacted the customer support and was placed into contact with Customer Support - Alan N. Alan was very helpful and answered every question I threw at him regardless of how silly. It was also nice to not get a sale forced on me. He was very knowledgeable and helped me work towards a budget. I placed my order and my PC and 2 x Screens were with me NEXT DAY! this is amazing turn around which I wasn't expecting. The items were parcelled very securely and safe. All was easy to set up with instructions on how to get you started. I have recommended this company to many people. THANK YOU!!!
