The web pictures are very misleading . The service was fine but when the pcs arrived I couldn`t help feel somewhat disappointed . An unnecessarily large case for what little components are inside . I feel like you could have used a mini pc case . So much wasted and empty space . Where are the extra hd docks and spare connections ? I know you would have liked me fill that space with frivolous extras , such as lights . I have no interest in them and would have preferred some caddys and sockets for extra hd`s . Booted up just fine , still largely untested , as long as it does what I need then I guess thats fine . But the case is ridiculous .

Wanted to make some changes even was too late they still did it.

I had the most horrifying experience with this company! In short they will do anything to scam you! I ordered a PC that I spent weeks choosing every little detail for. After I submitted my order and paid for it in full I waited for 2 weeks without any news or updates. I contacted them after two weeks to make sure everything is ok and they told me yes, everything is fine. Less than two hours later they told me that they don't have the graphics card that I chose and they asked me to do a downgrade for the same price because they INCREASED THEIR PRICES and they didn't even recommend the best next option available at first and wanted to go with the cheapest option in the market! I tried to reason with them and even tried to explain the price difference in the global scale but they wanted me to be happy that I don't need to pay more for a downgrade! The way this communication was done was so horrible and they think clients are people with absolutely no brain! I'm so sorry for anyone who's been their customer! Eventually I cancelled my order, got the same PC that I wanted for 300£ less elsewhere but what a waste of time!

Cyberpower were good to deal with. They gave me advise on a high spec system and I'm pleased with the end result. Upon delivery, there were a few issues (due to packaging defects, not workmanship). However the speed at which they rectified it was pretty impressive. A courier was sent to pick up the machine a day after agreeing to send it back. I had the new machine back 2 days later with them having replaced the motherboard, CPU cooler and full re-installation of windows. I was very impressed with their customer service.

From getting my quote, to sending them my own case and through to the build the staff were very helpful. Build time was only a few days and I now have my new system up and running and it is great.

Finally made the move from console to pc, I was recommended by a friend to CyberPower PC UK. I bought the Ultra 77 Super Was a bit apprehensive at first as it was a lot of money for me and I was ordering a PC online and was wondering if it would turn up broken. Smooth sailing from purchasing to delivery, emails with constant updates and the PC arrived on time and the correct day with no issues. I`ve used it for a week now and no problems thus far, mates that I play with have said its very high spec'd for the price and its running 240FPS minimum on COD MW3 and 300+ FPS on other titles. If you are just getting into PC gaming and are stuck on what to buy, buy this. 10/10
