They were always very efficient and quick! Results were always on time and honestly, it made this part of travel less of a hassle. Super appreciative of all the staff there.

Very smooth booking and testing process. Booked pre-departure tests for family of 5. We were all tested within 15 mins by 2 staff. The results for 2 came through within an hour. The result for the other 3 were more staggered, but all back within 4 hours. The negative result was clearly stated, in green bold writing, along with all the other requisite details and a QR code on the letter. I recommend this provider.

I was late due to hazardous weather conditions but the nurse agreed to see me, and in spite of telling me I would get my result by 6pm the following day, I actually got it in that evening. So a very good service.

Appointment nearly half an hour late. Test not registered so no results. After enquiry on chat line a form was sent to me to register test. Eventually got result. Staff friendly. Chat line helpful.

Well what an unexpected treat that was! Lucy was so friendly and welcoming, and actually made the whole experience very enjoyable. She's definitely in the right job. And we received our test results on the same day, a full 24 hours earlier than expected. Outstanding.

The tester was friendly, very professional and gentle, with a welcomed good sense of humour. The only minus, there should be a financial discount for couples on joint appointments.

Medwyn was very professional. The service was punctual and the person who did my covid tests was kind and explained everything to me. Safety measures were observed at all times.

We paid extra for a same day result and whilst the process was efficient and we did indeed get our results the same day we did have to sign a waiver that they were not liable if they were too busy to produce the results on the same day and our holiday was forfeited as a result. If they accept bookings and payment to produce results in a certain time frame they should do so without equivocation. The staff were not engaging.

My covid PCR test was handled with lots of care and even though I was not looking forward to this (let’s face it who is?) I must be honest and say that it was actually not too bad as the medical staff made me feel at ease. My appointment was at lunchtime on a Friday and I received my result in the evening (on the same day) so was able to get out of the house the next day! The Medwyn Occupational Health staff are really good. I have always found them to be very friendly, caring and efficient. I can email at any time with questions when I’m about to fly back and my questions are always answered promptly by their staff. Let’s face it these days it’s pretty confusing to know type of covid test required to enter the U.K. but they are well informed and always advise me correctly. I highly recommend their services. I am very satisfied with their services and will certainly be using them again next time I travel and if more covid tests are required. Thank you Medwyn Occupational Health you are really great!

Although the test was carried out efficiently I feel your policy of not refunding or allowing the rescheduling of appointments is unfair. Our return trip from Canada was delayed, we were unable to reschedule our appointments online and telephone calls went unanswered, had to purchase new tests. in all we were unable to make three of our appointments at a cost of £160 +

We were happy with the facilities for our COVID test, we were seen immediately we arrived, friendly staff and quick result. Would recommend.
